About this property

GUEST HOUSE NESTLED IN FOOTHILLS NATURE

Guest cottage 680 sq ft with a full bath, queen bed with headboard and box spring, plus a sleeper futon sofa, kitchenette and microwave. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer, laundry days are by appointment or once a week for longer stays. Mountains and nature views. Guests will enjoy the peaceful cottage getaway in the Catalina Foothills. This unit has a ductless A/C & heating system and a tankless electric water heater. The password to high-speed wifi is provided. There is a UHD TV pre-loaded with streaming apps such as Apple TV, HBO, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Simply logon to your favorite streaming apps. Driveway parking is nearby but oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated. Small dogs OK, no cats. There is a private above-ground pool but it is not heated, so it is only available seasonally as weather permits.

The guest house was perfect for my husband and I during U of A Family week. The host was helpful and kept us updated on check in and check out. We felt safe. The guest house was clean and comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

Beautiful property in the Catalina foothills. Mark was a really nice host. He made sure to give us a tour of the property and was fine with us having a friend over to swim in the pool. He was super attentive when we needed him. The place was super clean, all except the pool which we had to skim clean ourselves. Took about 30 minutes. Otherwise highly recommend.
