The house is relatively old, the hot tub was not working, once I entered the swimming pool area I saw a cigarette but on the ground. I asked Steve about the hot tub right away but till I left it was not fixed.

What a perfect property for our family! The home is exactly as stated, and even more charming. The surf theme throughout was beautifully done with great attention to detail. It was so clean and the location just steps to the beach. We wanted a quiet getaway to recharge and there was no better place to do that. We opted to heat the pool and the temp was perfect for after long morning sunrise walks on the beach and night swims. Our dogs were so happy to vaca with us and the house did not disappoint. We will absolutely try to get back to Melbourne Beach. Thank you Steve!

“Surfs Up” is cozy, well decorated and maintained, with a fantastic location. Just a short walk away from a “no parking” beach access, that has very little foot traffic.

Post-Disney beach relaxing

Our family stayed at Surf’s Up to recharge after the parks. It’s larger than the photos seem and has great access to the beach and restaurants. We would stay again.

MB Visit

This is an excellent house to enjoy quality family time! The pool and proximity to the beach provide plenty of fun activity and the kitchen is best I have encountered in a rental property. It's fully stocked, including storage containers. We stayed ten nights, never went out to eat, and hardly wasted any food. The house is also spacious and roomy, with lots of storage. We loved our time there!

Great Stay At Surfs Up!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at Surfs Up! The house was very clean and well appointed with fun attention to detail capturing the surf theme. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the stay for all of us as we spent many hours on the patio. The few questions we had were promptly answered by Steve our host. This house has a great location in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to the beach (which is beautiful), restaurants and a market. All in all this was a great vacation!

Perfect stop.

We we’re coming down for fall break to Vero Beach and we’re arriving a day before the rest of our group. I found and booked this great home for the 5 of us. The screened in pool was awesome for getting my 2 year old some great exercise after a long day in the car. Home was meticulous and the surf decor and pictures were fabulous! Quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. I definitely recommend and would stay here again!! Thank you for the beautiful stay! Danielle

Graduation Weekend

We stayed at Surfs Up for two nights. We were in town for our grandsons High School graduation. It was perfect for our needs. House has everything and i mean everything you need! The decor is all surf and you can tell a lot of thought went in to how it was presented. If you like surfing and history of surfing it’s like a small museum with lots of pictures and great descriptions of the photos. I highly recommend Surfs Up if you are in lbourne Beach area.

Second Trip To 205 Surf

This was our second trip to 205 Surf and it was every bit as wonderful as the first time. The house is in a terrific location, close to the beach, playgrounds, food etc. Steve is a great host and responds quickly to questions. 205 Surf is a very comfortable vacation home with every amenity. We like it so much we have already booked it for next year. We can't wait! Patti & Larry
