Hilltop Haven is walkable to Evelyn Hills Shopping Center for coffee, shops, and eateries. OR drive FIVE minutes down the road to the University of Arkansas and Downtown Fayetteville. At home, enjoy amenities for 6 guests including our fully stocked kitchen, open concept living room and dining space, and two outdoor patio spaces!

Welcome to Hilltop Haven! Our 3-story townhome has 3 private bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large living space, a fully stocked kitchen and two patios!



On the second floor you will find our open concept living room and kitchen. The living room is the perfect setting for enjoy the cozy couch, large smart tv, gas fireplace, and play a board game! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to create your favorite dishes on vacation. This space also has a large dining table with seating for 6!



The patio off the living room has seating and great views of north Fayetteville. The patio space on the ground floor can be accessed through the garage and has additional seating and a grill!



When it is time to turn in for the night choose between our 3 bedrooms all located on the 3rd floor:

1) Primary suite with a King size bed, full private bathroom with large shower & tub, closet, and Smart TV.

2) Queen bedroom, with a desk/vanity, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

3) Queen bedroom with a closet and a nearby bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Located in mid-town Fayetteville, close to public transit and with access to rideshare/taxi.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
