A two-story house located near the owners’ home: you enter via a single step into the 35 m² living area, which features a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining area, 2 bedrooms (each with a 140-cm bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the garden level, accessible via stairs or from outside: a laundry room with access to the outdoors, 1 bedroom (1 140-bed) with its own bathroom and private toilet. Heating with ducted air conditioning throughout the upper level of the cottage and electric heating on the garden level. Wi-Fi access. 25 m² terrace accessible from the kitchen.
