Guests are welcome to access the entire home during their stay. We do have 2 locked closets inside the garage.



Other Things to Note:

BBQ has a propane tank. We provide tanks. If they are empty, please fill them nearby but don't forget to check the brand. Please clean it after you use it.



UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with term 30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee of $750 which is determined by the property size and season specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to a 30-day period.

An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.



This home is pet friendly and there is a $250 pet cleaning fee. This fee is per pet.
