About this property
Newfound Lake waterfront
Wake up just a few feet from the water with a beautiful view of the mountains. This is our ninth rental season for this great lake front cottage. 100 ft. beachfront. Shallow swimming area with gradual water depth. Swim raft and boat dock. Short walk to grocery store and 'Snack Shack' take-out & ice cream. Kayak rentals nearby. Nice family friendly place. About 1 hour ride to the White Mountains and various tourist attractions. The cottage is about 15 feet from water with attached deck for eating or just relaxing. The association has 6 cottages and is a quiet setting. There is both sun & shade available and grassy areas or beach sand perfect for children who enjoy digging and building sand castles. Hopefully the sun will shine everyday of your vacation. However, it's an amazing experience to watch a storm move down the lake from the inside of your lake front cottage.

About the host
Hosted by Pat & Jim Ghelli
We are a retired couple who have vacationed at Newfound since 1982. Now we spend time here with our grandchildren enjoying boating, swimming and campfires. We gave up cold weather sports to spend our winters in SW Florida enjoying the warm climate and golfing with friends.
Why they chose this property
We bought this rental cottage in 2009 when Jim began his retirement. We've own a second cottage in this 6 unit association since 1982 and know the location is great and the lake is the cleanest around. We enjoy meeting the guests who stay here - many who return every year for needed R&R. The view is amazing and the surroundings peaceful.
What makes this property unique
The knotty pine interior is a throw back to days gone by. Most of your time will be spent enjoying swimming in the crystal clear lake, canoeing or kayaking and grilling on the deck just 15 feet from the water. It's a restful, peaceful spot that will rejuvenate you to return to today's hectic life style.
