Modern apartment in the old town, Puerto de la Cruz

Two-bedrooms apartment located in the fascinating old town of Puerto de la Cruz. From the windows you can admire the cozy and quiet "plazeta" (square) and one of the last graffiti of the city!
The central Plaza del Charco, the bus station and the nearest beach are between 2 and 5 minutes walk.

APARTMENT'S DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly renovated building. You can enjoy a quiet and pleasant stay in the old center of Puerto de la Cruz in couple, family, or a group of friends. It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds that can be joined. The sofa in the livingroom can be transformed into a bed for two other people so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower, one each bedroom.
There is a small hairdryer at disposal.
The cozy lounge features a large screen TV 48", a comfortable sofa and an individual zone with playstation-3 with his own screen and games.

The separate kitchen with diningroom has all appliances you may need, including oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine and kettle. This is a large dining area for 6 people.

Climbing another floor there is a small but cozy and colorful roofterrace where you can relax on the sun loungers or better in the shade of the umbrella.
Here there is a washing machine that you can use for only 3 euro/wash.
The apartment has WiFi Free connection useful to plan the day's excursions.

The beach "Playa Jardin", the central square, the bus station and supermarkets are just 5 minutes walk away.
Below the apartment there are bars, restaurants and small shops. You will love it, it is definitely the best side of Puerto de la Cruz!
The Park "Loro Parque" is a 15 minute walk, a pleasant walk along the beach, or a 5-minute by car.

The mountainbike and our helmet are at you disposal for free.
