Prepare for a fantastic vacation with friends and family when you book this conveniently located, four-bedroom house backed right up against a greenbelt one and a half miles from Horseshoe Bay Resort, and next to a hiking trail. When you're not out enjoying Lake Lyndon B. Johnson, kick back on the home's living room couch with some delicious snacks to watch a good movie or show on the flatscreen TV. You'll love the living area's modern décor, shimmering tile floors, and comfortable furniture. After using the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample counter space to cook up a delightful meal, serve up to six guests at the handsome dining table while the kids swing their feet from the breakfast bar's four stools. Outside, you'll find a private patio furnished with comfy seating and a gas grill, ideal for those hot-weather cookouts, plus plenty of grassy space for the little ones to run around with the family dogs. They'll have a great time playing around with the home's provided board games while you use the private washer/dryer to knock out everyone's laundry. Have a little work to do while you're here? The home's high-speed WiFi will make it easy to do a little online research for those last-minute projects. Don't forget to use the central AC and ceiling fans to cool everything down while you're here.

This property is a duplex and consists of two properties. Both duplexes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
