Hacienda on Lake LBJ with panoramic views and brand new boat lift!

Come join in the fun & sun on Lake LBJ which is a constant level lake so plenty of water for tons of water fun! Located on the Llano arm where the water is wide, deep & warmed by the Rock Slab up river. Everything you need for a fun memorable vacation with family & friends. Our subdivision is a small quiet wooded community where you'll find walkers most mornings enjoying the peaceful tranquility or sit back with a cup of coffee & watch the sunrise glisten over the water with the Mallards & Canadian geese waiting for their breakfast from neighbors, cheap dog food, with corn as main ingredient is their favorite. On occasions you'll get to watch the wake-boarders testing their skills to the limit on the smooth as glass water. We also have our own private boat ramp, location is located in the book by the back door & wooded park with picnic benches & BBQ grills. Our home has a nice covered patio with BBQ grill, covered boat dock with lift for ski boat or jet ski & boat whips for the larger wake board boats. Not a boat person? How about fishing. There's plenty of bass, white bass, perch, catfish, croppie, etc. In the front yard is a huge covered partially enclosed court yard adoring a Tuscany look & feel, with picnic bench, great for large gatherings. Our Hacienda has 2 large living areas, one that faces the water for an awesome view & other has a flat screen TV, Foosball, air hockey, games, etc. The dining room will fit a large crowd or even better, eating out on the covered patio facing the water or in the front courtyard. There's 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. The master has it own bath & dressing area with additional sink & a king size bed with a great view of the lake. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds, 3rd sleeps 6 total with 2 bunk beds & a futon/single bed, & the 4th bedroom has a king & over looks the courtyard. There are 2 fire pits, one down at the water under the covered boat dock, the other in the front courtyard. Wood is provided on the side of the house. There is a book by the back door which has all the Wi-Fi codes, location of the boat ramp & all other question you might have plus brochures for wineries & other fun places to go!

Kingsland is a small community with a grocery store within a mile, 3 delicious Mexican restaurants, what we think is the best BBQ any where around. For a more formal dinning experience, there a restaurant that was featured in the Chain Saw Massacre Movie! Of course, we also have a wonderful restaurant at the golf course which is open to everyone. All this information is included in a book at the home.
We are 20 minutes from Marble Falls, TX, 20 minutes from Buchanan Dam, TX, 20 minutes from Longhorn Caverns, 25 minutes from Llano, TX, 25 minutes from Burnet, TX, 45 minutes from Enchanted Rock, 60 minutes from Fredericksburg, TX, 60 minutes from Austin, TX, 85 minutes from San Antonio, TX, 3 1/2 - 4 hours from Houston and Dallas, TX. Area Attractions: Golf courses, Packsaddle Country Club is 10 minutes away, the Legends Country Club is 5 minutes, Hidden Falls Country Club is 15 minutes, Delaware Springs Country Club is 20 minutes, Horseshoe Bay Resort (3 courses) is 25 minutes, tennis, shopping, and lots of sights to see are all within easy access. Great golfing is available year round on 5 area golf courses. View and photograph Eagles nesting on the Llano River bank going to Llano from Jan through spring each year. Llano County is the 'Deer Capital of Texas'. Obtain a license and take part in seasonal deer and dove hunting. Watch July 4th fireworks from our yard. This lake house is about an hour from Austin's Bergstrom airport, or 80 minutes from San Antonio's International airport, and 25 minutes from Horseshoe Bay Resort.

The fall climate is pure enjoyment and the winter climate is also mild. The winter temperature is usually in the 50-70 degree range. Our 'freeze spells' never last long. This is Texas, we can have a 40 degree day one day & a 70 degree the next! We rarely have snow and it melts quickly. Kingsland is a popular attraction for Winter snow birds, so come on down! Whether it's a weekend, a week, or a month or two, come to the Texas Hill Country and treat yourself and your family (and pets) to a wonderful time on this constant-level lake! With 2849 sq. ft. there's plenty of elbow room.
