"The fun & quiet place to stay on Lake LBJ.”
Designed for fun, this home offers Wi-Fi, NEW WOOD FLOORING, two bedrooms and two baths, a spacious eat-in kitchen with everything you need. Features include a large dining area, an open living room leading to a sun-room with a view of the Llano River and the Hill Country.
Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed and a twin bed in the master suite, a full bed and a bunk bed set in the second bedroom, drawer storage under bunk beds and a full sofa-sleeper along with a twin bed in the sun-room.
Step outside to covered decks for relaxing, with a BBQ for grilling, and a fire pit to roast marshmallows and to keep warm while stargazing. The grassy yard slopes down to the Llano River arm of Lake LBJ where you can fish, splash or float in the water. *Keep in mind that the water levels do vary
Suitability: We welcome kids and adults who play like kids. We will consider only the most wonderful furry friends and we are open to long-term renters.
Restrictions: non-smoking only. Minimum age requirement for renters.
