Welcome to our Serene Canal front, 1,800 square foot, 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom home plus a detached 600 square foot Game Room with Twin bunk beds and 1 full bathroom, nestled in the serene beauty of Kingsland, TX. The home is nested on a tranquil canal with direct access to the deep emerald arm of the Colorado River in Lake LBJ, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Property may sleep up to 10 guest, 6 guest in home 2 in Game Room and 2 additional have the option to sleep in Game Room on inflatable mattress which is provided.

Important-
Boats larger than 18 feet long must be kept out of the canal due to canal accessibility. Larger boats can be tied up at boat ramp dock during the day and must be launched and trailered daily. Boats under 18 feet and personal water crafts can be kept at our boat dock throughout your entire stay as long as they tied up tight and kept close to bulkhead so as not to impede canal accessibility for our neighbors.
A start-up supply of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and dish soap will be provided.

We had a wonderful stay over spring break! We loved all the special features: the garage converted into a game room, the putting green, the fire pit, picnic table, and kayaks. All of these things kept the kids happy and entertained during our downtime. It's a great place for a lake trip. The living room was comfortable, and I loved sitting on the back porch. It's beautiful and relaxing. The owner's retreat was spacious. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We are very glad we stayed here!

Our family has rented VRBOs in the past but this place was by far my favorite. We caught fish, we played golf at Horseshoe Bay, and we relaxed with family in a spacious, well-maintained, comfortable house. The firepit, games, putting and fishing areas were our favorites. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful spot with lots to do, I would highly recommend Casalago!! I would love to go back!!

Peaceful retreat

We loved our stay!! This home is in such a lovely and quiet neighborhood on an inlet of the Colorado River. Our boys loved fishing right off the backyard and kayaking every evening out to the river. They also loved the putting green and game room! The house was lovely, and the property manager was quick to communicate, helpful, and kind. Our family rented a boat two of the days from a local marina to enjoy Lake LBJ and other water activities. We loved our stay.

I was amazed on the cleanliness and room sizes to start with and any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. It’s just minutes away from several good restaurants including Dairy Queen and HEB. That is more convenient than you think because you don’t have to pack a bunch of food for the trip

Absolutely Beautiful! Super Clean! We had the BEST TIME!! Seen a huge school of chad saturday morning followed by a massive Carp!! All right by our feet 💕 the host left my Kids father a birthday basket and balloons, very thoughtful! I recommend this vrbo stay to any and everyone!!

Relaxing getaway

Home was very clean and welcoming. All appliances worked well. Outside sitting area was relaxing in backyard. Game room in garage and putting green were nice to have since not much to do in town (over the Thanksgiving holiday). Kayaks were nice to have as well. Activities nearby that were open over the holiday, affordable, and good for any age were the caverns and inks Lake park (Hiking, fishing). Lots of options for golfing nearby with closest one about 15 min away.

A Slice of Paradise

Beautiful property in a wonderful location. This home away from home was clean and smelled like a bouquet of flowers upon entry. The owners are kind and responsive, providing just enough of everything to get your vacation started.From the ‘fun cave’ with multiple games and an old-school arcade to boating, kayaking, and fishing just off the backyard (the fish practically jump on your pole—we caught a sun perch and a huge catfish!), there was always something to enjoy. Evenings spent around the outdoor fire pit under the string lights, watching the stars, made for a truly tranquil experience.This is the perfect place to get away, relax, and enjoy. Highly recommend this amazing VRBO!
