Die Lage ist großartig!Dadurch kann man auch über die eher lieblose Innenausstattung und das in die Jahre gekommene Interieur hinweg sehen.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin (Gastwirtschaft "Zum Talwirt" gegenüber) ist sehr nett.

Wohnen im Talschluss

Weil wir unsere Hunde mit in den Skiurlaub nehmen wollten, sind wir auf dieses Ferienhaus gestoßen. Wir hatten Spazierwege und einen umzäunten Garten direkt vor der Tür. Ebenfalls sehr gemütlich war der Holzofen in der Küche. Möchte man nicht selber kochen (die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionstüchtig), braucht man nur ein paar Meter weiter zu gehen und kann beim Talwirt Wildspezialitäten oder Pizza verspeisen. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war die Nachtspeicherheizung im Flur, am besten nichts verstellen! Um nach Großarl hineinzufahren, braucht es schon gut 15 Minuten; wir waren mit dem Auto da, aber es fährt auch ein Bus bis fast vor die Haustür. Kleiner Verbesserungstipp: eine Extrarolle Toilettenpapier vorhalten :)

Compleet ingericht huis in prachtige omgeving

Rustig gelegen huis aan het eind van het dal in een schitterende omgeving. Verschillende mooie wandelingen in de directe omgeving. Je hebt helemaal geen last van het ernaast gelegen parkeerterrein voor wandelaars. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, maar komt wel wat gedateerd over. Familie Prommegger is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ganz am Ende des Tals…

…hat man seine Ruhe. Umgeben von wunderschöner Natur haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. „Der Talwirt“ ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant direkt gegenüber und die Chefin ist die sehr freundliche Vermieterin dieses Ferienhauses. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und es ist auch sehr sauber. Die Ausflüge auf die verschiedenen Gipfel des Grossarltals sind sehr lohnenswert!

schöner ruhiger Winterurlaub

Mit fünf Erwachsenen, drei Kleinkindern und einem Hund waren wir in diesem alleinstehenden, älteren, gut gepflegten Haus gut aufgehoben. Durch das geschlossene Grundstück konnte Keiner verloren gehen. Es war angenehm ruhig, da die Straße hier endet. Der Holzherd in der Küche inspirierte zum Retro- Kochen! Die tägliche Lieferung vom Bäcker ans Haus klappte gut. Der Skibus fährt gleich neben dem Haus ab und der Bauernladen in der Nachbarschaft hat viele schöne Mitbringsel vorrätig.

Leuk huis in een mooie omgeving, waar enig TLC geen kwaad kan.

Het huis is prima, enig onderhoud is op korte termijn echter zeker nodig. Wij waren met zijn 2-en en onze hond. De tuin is groot en rondom afgesloten, hierdoor zit je redelijk prive. De locatie doet op de foto's aan alsof er niets in de omgeving is. Dit is echter zeker niet waar. Het bevindt zich aan het einde van een weg, alwaar een groot parkeerterrein voor dagjesmensen die bv komen wandelen, een camping, 2 restaurants (met beide een winkel en een met een heel terrein met daarop oa een museum. Daarnaast een een aantal woonhuizen. Ondanks dat er dus veel mensen langs lopen en in de buurt zijn, heb je hier zeker geen last van (op de enkeling na die over de toegangshekken heen moet gluren lol). De omgeving is fantastisch, leuke wandelingen vanaf praktisch de voordeur. Meerdere bergliften omhoog. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Houd rekening met bij eindafrekening niet alleen de toeristenbelasting, maar ook 20 euro voor je afval.

Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft in einem älteren, sehr gemütlichen Haus.

Winterferien in dem Ferienhaus mit 8 Personen sehr komfortabel. Alles sehr sauber. Gemütlicher Holzherd in der Küche mit ausreichend Feuerholz. Küchenausstattung sinnvoll und praktisch. Betten waren sehr bequem mit warmen, sauberen Bettzeug. Kellerräume für Skisachen und ggf. als Lagerraum für Vorräte nutzbar. Skibus hält in ca. 100 m ab Haustür. Brötchendienst vorhanden. Wir haben uns sofort wohl und zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus!!!!
