A 2 minutes drive from the village shops and restaurants, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain, Big Bear Lake, and Marinas.
You’ll love our family-friendly cabin a warm cozy feel along with lake views and a quiet family neighborhood vibe.
The space
This is a single level home with approximately 2000 Sq Ft
There’s a large deck with lake views where you can step out and take in the fresh mountain air while looking out at the lake. On the deck there is a gas grill along with chairs to relax and watch the sunset when the weather permits.
Modern kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Open concept living with a pool table and game area lets everyone enjoy each other and the stunning lake views. Enjoy the lake views from the large decks, hot tub and bocce ball court. Large main bedroom suite has attached bath, its own gas fireplace, plenty of closets and French sliding doors to the deck and hot tub overlooking the lake. Lots of extras including wood clad dual pane windows and doors.

Great family house

The house was very well equipped. They had everything you could want great location right next to the lake and dog friendly.

Family Get Away

This was such a great little neighborhood. I loved how the house backed up to the lake. Plenty of space for the kids to play in the snow. Plus such a beautiful view from the living room. I loved the open concept and how you could be in the kitchen and have conversations with people in living room which had a pool table and Pac-Man. We had a blast. Kitchen was fully stocked. House had everything you needed. The only downside was the foam toppers on the beds. They were so bad and all the beds had them. They were so hard. We actually ended up removing them from our bed. The hard mattress was definitely an improvement from the foam tops they had on the beds.
