What makes this property unique
ALL NEW Cozy Kottage with full drive-up access, seated on a 1 acre lot w/backyard pond, dead-end road, plenty of parking, & direct 'step off your porch' SKI IN/Out access. No walking across a road, down a trail, across the way.just step off your porch & ski! Conveniently & centrally located on Blueberry Bluffs (nice, easy part! & close to Cherry Dairy) trails & close to ABR trailhead. This makes it very convenient for all skill levels to ski (classic or skate) to/from the Kottage.
Entry hallway is equipped with pegboards for all your outdoor coats/hats/gloves & boot trays for your shoes (please no shoes in the house).
Oriental rugs adorn the spaces to keep your toes warm & toasty.
Upon entry to the Kottage, an open floor plan greets guests with locally sourced basswood vaulted ceiling in the Living Room & Kitchen area (seating for 8) with spacious windows surrounding the gas fireplace overlooking the pond, backyard, & connector trail to ABR trails.
A 55" ROKU Smart TV (use Guest Mode to enter your access credentials) along with a soundbar for entertainment is provided. Full internet access w/no usage restrictions.
Bedroom1 - Tempur-pedic King bed with flannel sheets & down comforter (Please let us know a minimum of 1 day ahead of time if you prefer this be removed).
Bedroom2 - 2 sets bunkbeds, flannel sheets & comforters/blankets.
Bedroom3 - Tempur-pedic King bed with flannel sheets & down comforter (Please let us know a minimum of 1 day ahead of time if you prefer this be removed).
All pillows are MyPillow, made in USA & all mattresses & pillows have waterproof protectors for sanitary purposes.
Waxing Bench available for use in detached unheated building. Lighting, bench, adjustable holders, electricity provided.
ABR trail passes (skis/rentals/lessons/etc) are NOT included in home rental. & may be purchased directly at ABR trailhead.
CleaningStandards- Every inch is cleaned providing guests with confidence of a completely sanitized home for their stay.
