The Fuchsia cottage welcomes you in the heart of the Périgord Noir, 13 kms from Sarlat.
It is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:
Kitchen and dining area
Living room with sofa bed
Bathroom
WC

Upstairs:
Mezzanine with comfortable armchair and games for young and old
Small children's room (bunk beds)
Spacious adult bedroom with queen size bed (160x200cm) and baby cot.

Outside:
Private terrace and garden.

Heated communal swimming pool from May to September.

Numerous outdoor play areas: table tennis, badminton court, petanque court, wooded adventure course, swings, table football, etc.

Nearby: castle visits, free walks, bike and canoe rental (5 minutes by car), beach, restaurant, tobacco bar, proxi, butcher's shop, pharmacy, medical centre (doctor, nurse, osteopath)

The village baker comes to the site every morning to offer you her breads and pastries.

Linen not included in the price. It is possible to rent it for 40€/week.

End of stay cleaning included.
