Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove dishes from sink and load dishwasher
Remove linens and used towels and place in a pile
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a late checkout charge of $100 for every hour late after check out time of 11am, unless host gives late check out complimentary
No pets; $400 charge for pets in home without permission. No Smoking allowed on the property; $400 penalty. Guests responsible for stains/damages

Thanksgiving in Pueblo

We rented this house for our family to stay in during Thanksgiving. We used all the bedrooms and had everything we needed! The place was clean and smelled wonderful! We would definitely recommend for large groups!!!

Great Place

We went out to surprise a relative and had a wonderful time. The house was large enough to host the surprise party for 12 people. The house was clean and was stocked with everything you would need. I would recommend staying here if you are heading to Pueblo.

The property was just what we needed ! It’s a great home for a family. The house is abundantly stocked with everything you need to have comfortable stay. We came for a very sad occasion but the house was a comfort zone for us to retreat to. The host Kalli was always available. What a blessing this property was !!

Great Property

We were visiting Pueblo for a wedding shower and had 9 adults in our party. This is a great house for a large party like ours. I would definitely book this property again. The property owner was very accommodating too. We go into town earlier than expected and we were able to check-in 45 minutes early, which was a huge help.

Wonderful Home

The home was wonderful and big and spacious enough for all of our family. The home has enough room to enjoin conversations, watch TV, sitting areas for alone time. Thanks for the coffee and creamers selection as well. Will definitely contact next visit.

Clean and Updated

We hosted a 90th Birthday party here for 20 family members and it worked out well. The house was clean and although an older home, was updated and decorated nicely. The upstairs and downstairs, with two full kitchens, allowed the guests ample space to visit without being crowded. The kitchens were fully stocked and everything worked well. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great house!

The home is beautifully updated. The crown molding and trim was stunning and flawless. The furniture was tasteful and comfortable. We used all 6 bedrooms and still we were all showered and dressed for the wedding we were to attend. The downstairs area was terrific for our young adult couples. Parking is generous. The host was very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay. The home is convenient to multiple family friendly chain restaurants.

Wonderful Home

It was the perfect home for our family get together. Every family had their own floor and privacy. It worked for us for this special event. Everyone of us did wack our head on the range vent, kind of dangerous. Also TV selections were scarce. Could not get the Broncos game on Sunday, bummed out my son in law. I still love the house, the finishes were excellent.
