Wow!!!!! 1/2 Block to the Beach and Affordable~ Amenities include a 'SECRET IN THE HEART OF DEWEY.
This ground level apartment is cute, clean and just steps to the ocean! Featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bath as well as a great screened/enclosed porch. Enjoy the shared courtyard for BBQ'ing with gas grills and small gatherings. Just 1/2 block to the beach and in the center of Dewey.
Window A/C unit that keeps this unit plenty cool! **1Queen, 2Singles, Sleep Sofa** Sleeps 6. Local Realtor handles this property, and off-season rentals need to be confirmed with owners prior to accepting bookings. 3 nite min rentals are available May 1- to June 18, 2022.


There is No Smoking on the common grounds of this complex or in the unit.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. Once you have, please correspond directly with your Agent at the phone # or email address provided with your lease or call our office directly. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy of 15% penalty if we are able to re-rent your dates which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to bring linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent for linen company rental options in our area.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Dewey Beach accommodations tax of 3% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.

Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the current municipality accommodations tax of 3% in Dewey.

After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.

Location is key!

The only location better than this would be an ocean view. This condo is beach block and so convenient to the beach and all Dewey activities. Outdoor showers were fantastic and all the neighbors were friendly.

Wonderful to be so close to the beach. Make sure you bring all paper goods trash bags and dish soap and 1 roll of tp provided. Place could use a dehumidifier. Neighbors were great and we took advantage of outdoor showers and grills . AC very noisy.

Amazing location; could have been cleaned better

You almost can't beat this location, steps from the beach and in the other direction, not far from the main drag in Dewey with lots of restaurants. But I was disappointed with how clean the rental was upon our arrival. It smelled damp the entire time we were there, despite using the AC system and fans, and the bathroom and kitchen had not been thoroughly cleaned. I ended up doing some scrubbing of my own, which is not how I imagined spending time while on vacation. Overall the unit met our needs, and was pretty well-equipped.
