Our 2-bedroom/2-bath condo is conveniently located in the heart of Dewey! Our 2-story condo unit #3 is in the small Colonial Seas Condominium on Saulsbury Street! You have two reserved parking spaces right in front of our home. Walkability!! Conveniently located on an oceanfront lot - with direct beach access and close to everything - 22 steps to the beach (my personal favorite!), Starboard and Dewey Beer Co. on the corner, a 2 minute walk to Woody's for the best crab cake sandwich! This unit is one of 3 we offer in this 6-unit building. So... if you're looking for a group get-a-way, add one or both of our other units to stay next door to each other! All 3 units provide 7 brs & 6 bths, for a comfortable stay for14 and 6 dogs, and a max of 17. A great option for family reunions, multiple families, work groups, friends, groups, wedding parties, you name it! Inquire directly with host for more info on availability and rates. Just a mile walk or 5 min drive to Rehoboth Beach's Boardwalk, nightlife, restaurants and attractions. Bright and open with a nicely stocked granite kitchen, coastal vibes and colors, clean, and comfy! Washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. Two full baths (one on each level) - one with a tub. Two super cute beach themed bedrooms - one with a full bed and single trundle and the other with a Queen bed, private full bath and outside access to a common deck area with ocean views. Enjoy our newly curtained off patio area for outside meals, a glass of wine or just to relax and listen to the waves. Our building is on an oversized lot with a sandy area for outdoor games. Conveniently, there's a clean and spacious outside shower right next to the condo's back entrance. Gas grill provided also. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. One with private bath and 1 Queen bed; 2nd bedroom has 1- Full & 1 - single (trundle style). Best suited for a max of 4 people. It's a little tight with over 4 people, especially if there are dogs along. *Added note - Bed sheets and bath/beach towels are not provided. You will need 1 Q and 1 F set of sheets, and 1 Single for the trundle. Convenience, Cleanliness and Comfort is our motto!

Super cute and quaint!

We had a great time. The space is certainly on the smaller side, but that just encourages everyone to go outside, and it was perfect for our family of four and our dog. Jenny was VERY communicative and kind. There's games and books, perfect since the first day we arrived it rained. The place is also very walkable--there's a yummy oyster bar, a seafood grill, and a beer garden all at the end of the street. I spent most nights hanging out on the porch with our dog, Would highly recommend!

Cozy Dewey Beach Condo

Clean, quiet and oh so close to the beach. Enjoyed our stay in this small but adequate condo right next to the beah entrance. Good location for a couple or small group no larger than 4 people. Older unit, but clean and well appointed. Location, location, location...down the street from many restaurants and small shops. Park the car for your stay and walk or take public transportation to neighboring Rehoboth for the boardwalk and more great dining.

Quaint older place.

Well appointed. Nicely decorated. Everything worked. Excellent beach access. Advertised sheets provided for extra charge. Seems that was not the case although rest of bedding provided. Key lock was confusing. Thought code would automatically open door as in other places. Would like to have known what was provided such as paper products, trash bags, beach chairs, etc. Took all of this stuff with us. We would stay there again. Did have trouble with VRBO communication but eventually straightened out with help from representative.

Cozy Spot in a Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Its a small place, but just the right size for four or fewer people. The location is perfect for getting to the beach whenever you want. Also, its a short walk to many of the restaurants in town.

Perfect location; not so perfect unit

Overall a great location; wonderful to walk to the beach and to actually hear the ocean at night (except one night we needed the air cond. due to heat and the noise when the crowd of noisy people arrived Friday, our last night. Might not do any good bur people should be reminded that after 10 pm, some people migt want to relax and sleep--- not YELL, scream, play loud music and let their dogs bark loudly. Even w/the air conditioner, we couldn't get to sleep until 3:30 a.m. Everything was clean and comfortable. 2 problems: The coffeepot leaked and created a mess for me to clean.(The host promptly sent a new one) The freezer didn't freeze so no ice; when we got a bag of ice it melted and made more cleanup necessary. I brought therapeutic ice packs due to back pain but couldn't freeze them. This was unacceptable; this refrigerator should have been replaced because even the fridge part wasn't cold enough to safely keep food. (The host also promptly sent sheets and towels when 2 relatives came to spend one night.) I knew that bedrooms were on the second floor but wasn't expecting such treacherous, backless, creaky steps; carpet treads would have helped. If you know renters are seniors, they should be warned of the risk.

Amazing Relaxing Weekend Getaway

Perfect stay and location for 3 people and our dogs! Being steps from the beach with reserved parking was amazing and made even this short trip memorable. The condo is cute, comfortable and clean and was perfect for our needs. Having two bathrooms is nice as well. Definitely recommend this to other couples or small groups!!

Great location.

Having access to the beach this close was perfect. One minute walk and you’re feet are in the sand. No need to cross busy streets, no traffic. You can walk to restaurants 1 block down. I will definitely consider staying here again.

Steps from the beach

This property is steps from the beach. There is a beach view from the upper shared balcony. The unit has a cute beachy theme and is well stocked with necessary supplies (paper towels, TP, dish detergent, laundry detergent...). We had 3 adults and dogs and it was appropriately sized. This space would definitely be too small for more than 4 adults. We loved the location so near to the beach and many restaurants. The host, Jenny, was very responsive. We would love to stay in this location again!

Cute Place

Overall a nice little place to stay. It was clean and functional. Really close to the beach and we had 2 parking spaces available for us. My family was very happy with our stay. Really, my only criticism was that the upstairs door to the outside would get stuck and was hard to close, likely because of the salty air. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely use this place again.

Location Location Location

Very nice condo in a perfect location. One block away from a brewery, multiple restaurants, and even closer to the beach. Being right next to the beach is definitely a game changer, my car stayed parked the whole stay. The condo was a perfect place to recharge and cool down when you wanted to take a break from the beach. The AC on both floors was extremely cold, so don't worry about sweating. The owner was very responsive if you had any questions, would not hesitate to stay here again.
