On the beach between Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. Two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and private outdoor shower. King bed in one bedroom and two Queen beds in the other. Well appointed kitchen. Two decks with sunrise views and shaded courtyard. Upstairs deck is fully open with ceiling fan and lower deck is fully screened. Two parking spaces. Easy access to Rehoboth or Dewey via Jolly Trolley, Uber, or walk less than a mile into either town. Washer/Dryer, AC, dishwasher, cable, Internet. Fifer Orchards farm stand is only blocks away.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Clean Grill if used
Check under the bed for personal items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Reservations must be Saturday to Saturday. Seven night minimum.
Reservations for October through May 15th can begin on Thursday.
Property is limited to 6 occupants only and all sleeping is limited to bedrooms only. No common space is to be used for sleeping.
