Beautiful North Shores Beach Home - Great deck with views that go on and on
Beachfront Townhome which sleeps 8 (10 using sleep sofa), 4 full baths and outdoor shower, wonderful oceanside deck. Private North Shores Beach is right out the back door. Beach Club with pool and tennis conveniently located across the street. State Park with miles of hiking and biking trails is a half mile away. One mile from Downtown Rehoboth and its fabulous restaurants, shops and Funland. The house has lots of living space and a large dining room table which seats 10, a comfortable living room and a smaller table with an ocean view. The main floor opens to a deck overlooking the ocean and just steps from the beach. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom faces the ocean. The main floor has living space, dining room and kitchen as well as a den with a pull out couch. There is a full bath on the main floor as well. The bottom floor is walk-out and has a bedroom and another full bath. The large washer and dryer are also on this floor. The outdoor shower is just out the front door.

About the host
Hosted by Emily Miller
Owner was the Builder of the oceanfront town homes in 1962. He and his partner kept one at each end for themselves. He has been the sole owner ever since. The owner grew up in Rehoboth and has spent his life developing properties in the area, but this house is the one he enjoys and loves the most. The owners go back and forth between Washington DC and the beach, but are unable to use the home in June and July.
Why they chose this property
After spending almost every summer in this home the owner can no longer live there all summer. They are excited to share this property with other families so they can enjoy their home. Other family members have bought houses near by because they love the area so much.
What makes this property unique
This is a great house for its space and location. The beach access is as good as it gets. The beach is great during the day, but the best part of this house is enjoying the beach late in the day after everyone has left and enjoying evening cocktails while the sun is setting. Kids can play football or lacrosse and easily go ghost crabbing once it gets dark. The views from the house are endless. One way is Henlopen State Park and the WWII Towers and to the other way is the town of Rehoboth. There is something for everyone. A bike ride into town is quick and easy and for the more adventurous there is an 8 mile bike path to Lewes. The pool across the street offers a shallow end for younger kids, a diving board, and a lap lane. North Shores is a very quiet small community. A run/walk around North Shores is a good workout and offers views of the canal as well as the beautiful homes.
