Take advantage of easy access to Cape Henlopen State Park, the vibrant coastal town of Rehoboth Beach, outlet shopping, and a wide selection of fine dining options. Community amenities (with a $150 fee) include an outdoor pool, tennis courts, marina, and a pier for kayak and canoe launching.

Bedding- 1 King, 2 Bunk Beds- (4 Singles)

This home is pet-friendly and welcomes your four-legged companions for an additional $200 non-refundable fee per pet. At this time, only dogs are permitted, with a maximum of one dog allowed.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $163.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
