A truly one-of-a-kind waterfront retreat offering nearly 300 feet of direct frontage and rare privacy—yet just minutes from downtown Rehoboth and Lewes. Vacation rentals like this are few and far between.
An inverted floor plan maximizes sweeping water views from the open-concept living space, highlighted by dramatic exposed post-and-beam ceilings. The serene interior features wide-plank hardwood floors and custom woodwork throughout. The lower-level primary suite opens directly to the heated in-ground pool, spa, and hardscape—just steps from the water. Newly updated bathrooms include a stunning primary bath with a soaking tub and beautiful shower.
Outdoor living is exceptional: a wrap-around boardwalk, 32' pier and dock (community boat ramp nearby), heated pool and spa, pergolas, two-level composite decking with unobstructed sunrise and sunset views, screened porch, expansive terrace with fire-pit, tiled outdoor shower, and more.

Boaters welcome! The dock is available for guest use—bring your own boat lines and bumpers and be ready to launch.
Dog-friendly with a maximum of two dogs (non-refundable $300 pet fee per dog).

Please note: the home has active outdoor security monitoring. The pool/ hot tub will open late May and stay open through September - scheduled to be closed on 10/1/26 as of now, weather dependent it could be open in October- pool/ hot tub not guaranteed after September or before late May.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $195.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee. A rental must be booked 48 hours prior to arrival or the reservation will not be permitted.

Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of this property. The location is excellent, there was plenty of space for our group, the linens arrived before our arrival, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Although we experienced some maintenance issues during our stay that affected our experience, the owner addressed them shortly after our departure and provided compensation for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. The property's great location, spacious accommodations, and well-equipped kitchen make it a comfortable place to stay, and we hope future guests enjoy an even better experience now that these issues have been resolved.

5 star - Amazing Stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Close enough for a quick drive for a few beach days while also being able to enjoy relaxing in the quiet and serene environment the home offers. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunset. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. Bill at Coldwell provided excellent service throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out procedures were clearly defined, and he made sure we had all the information we needed before and during our visit, which made everything seamless and worry-free. We loved having the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to nearby attractions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
