Nice house with atmosphere (not a new building), swimming pool and beautifully planted garden and 3 terraces, quiet, off the road, ideal for 2 or 3 families with 2-5 children (which do not fall in the pool) or group of friends or seminar group 15 min. Hyper Marche or beach 30 minutes from Nice airport, 1.5 hours after Marseille, 5 minutes to the baker or Petite Casino, minimum stay 2 weeks, ideal for hiking and / or biking
