Host was very accommodating and allowed for early check in and a later than normal check out time because we had a very late flight out of Kona to home. Unit was great, but only thing negative was that the unit next to us was being remodeled; and had a few days of excess noise between the hours of 10AM to 2PM. We were not told about the major remodel next door before our arrival.

The unit was amazing. We were greeted with a welcome basket of fresh fruit and hawaiian snacks. Everything we needed was provided, well equipped kitchen, pool towels, chairs, umbrella. Perfect location. We plan to visit again next year. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Thank yiu Phil for a perfect vacation.

Excellent condo with great location

We loved our stay in this unit close to the beautifully re-done pool area. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, boogie boards, fins, umbrellas etc. We look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Location and Owner!

The perfect location near the beach and pool! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need! Lots of snorkel gear and beach towels. The owner is very responsive and check in is a breeze! We have stayed with Phil before and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Perfect location. Close to pool and great snorkeling beach. Property had everything we needed although the appliances are a little old. Beautiful property regardless. We hope to stay again.

Great place, three years in a row

We really love this unit. We've stayed here three years in a row. You can't beat the view and the location is great with a few minutes walk to the resort and the Beach Club with great snorkeling. We'll keep coming back.

Lovely Spot

Loved every minute of our stay. Spacious, clean and serene with lovely views and so conveniently close to the pool. Yes, we were here in early October so it was quiet, but it seems the whole property respects a general air of calm and quiet. Beautiful pool and beach! Would definitely return!

Mauna Lani delight

We enjoyed this Mauna Lani Terrace condo very much. It was steps from the pool and has a huge lanai that was furnished perfectly. Walking around the fish ponds was delightful and walking out to sunset was a must each evening. We would definitely rent this property again.

Loved this dreamy unit!

We had the BEST time staying in this incredible unit. Steps from the water, it had the most dramatic views of the ocean. Super clean! Comfy beds! And the host was very helpful. We would highly recommend this gorgeous unit to all. Thank you for such a special stay. We can’t wait to come back!
