Equipment:
The 50 m² apartment with shower room consists of 1 bedroom with double bed and a living area with double sofa bed and small terrace at the main entrance area. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 persons.
Bedroom complete with linen, bathroom complete with towels, hair dryer, washer-dryer, toilet paper and soap.
The interior of the renovated and bright apartment includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with kettle, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, stove with oven, dishwasher, dishcloth, microwave, fridge / freezer, WiFi, TV with satellite, radio with CD player, Hairdryer and air conditioning.
Upon request, we provide a cot, a toddler equipment and a high chair without charge.

The location:
The apartment is located on the street side in the 1st. Upper floor of the eastern part of our house, in the middle of the village center of St. Pauls. In 3 minutes bakers, butchers, grocery stores, pharmacy, cafes, wine bars, restaurants, pizzerias are located.

The particularities:
St. Pauls is a faction from the municipality of Eppan. The municipality Eppan is located in the center of the wine and fruit growing area Überetsch. Not far away is the capital Bolzano and the city of Merano, as well as the well-known municipality Kaltern.

St. Pauls is an idyllic wine village and you have many opportunities to learn more about wine. With us you are exactly right in this regard!

WINE and pleasure in the Enothek Vis à Vis:
We invite our guests to a wine tasting free of charge, which takes place every Thursday at 4 pm on the theme: "Wine & Culinary" in our own wine bar "Vis à Vis". You should not miss out on this experience. Please register in time.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! We were very grateful for all that was done for us; English wasn’t the first language but we were all able to communicate well - special mention to Victoria (daughter) who spoke really good English and helped us so much!It was clean, a good size for the two of us, and a good location nearby the Dolomites and in a lovely historic village. Plus the wine/food tasting was great.One small improvement maybe is that the kitchen could be better equipped but overall it was all a very pleasant experience.

Fab Fab Fab.

Did I say it was fab! The owners are lovely people and the place is immaculate and well equipped. The village is very quaint with some great Restaurants and the best one is 30 feet from your door. Paradise.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in einer sehr sauberen und gepflegten Ferienwohnung bei einer sehr netten Gastgeberin.Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Stefanie hat uns auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben.Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht inklusive Waschmaschine, stabilem Internet, Klimaanlage und einer kleinen Terrasse. Auch der eigene Parkplatz war für uns sehr praktisch. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, um sowohl Bozen als auch Meran und den Kalterer See gut zu erreichen.Ein Geheimtipp ist noch das Feinkostgeschäft der Gastgeberfamilie. Hier findet man wirklich sehr leckere Produkte, die unseren Aufenthalt noch ein bisschen schmackhafter gemacht haben ;-)Wir haben uns (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern im Alter von 6 und 3 Jahren) sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten sehr schöne 6 Tage in St. Pauls.

Die Vermieter der Wohnung waren wirklich sehr nett und auch die Wohnung war super. Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden und bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber immer ansprechbar.Was man vielleicht wissen sollte, dass ab 5:30 Uhr morgens die Trecker durch den Ort fahren (zumindest im Sommer) und, in Kombination mit dem Kopfsteinpflaster der Straße, einen recht hohen Geräuschpegel verursachen.

Schöne Fewo, gut eingerichtet,sogar mit Klimaanlage, sehr sauber, gutes Bett, Bad schön groß mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, Küche komplett ausgestattet. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.Leider liegt die Wohnung an einer viel befahrenen Durchgangsstrasse.Bei offenem Fenster schlafen ist nicht möglich.Kann man weiter empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt in St. Pauls war wunderbar. Stefanie und Ihre Familie waren tolle Gastgeber. Freundlich, offenherzig, voller positiver Energie und stets mit einem offenen Ohr. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich Frühstücken, entspannen oder einfach ein Glas Wein genießen. Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig, es war alles da was man braucht. Ich fahre schon seit mehr als 10 Jahren über Ostern nach St. Pauls. Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern konnte man die Autos draußen auch überhaupt nicht hören. Die Küche ist fürs Kochen gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Familie Schwarzer war gleich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir wollen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Ankommen und wohlfühlen

Sehr sympathische, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die FeWo liegt sehr günstig und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkte für Sightseeing-Touren in die Umgebung. Aber auch in unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und zu unternehmen.

Tolle Unterkunft, tolle Wirtsleute

Das 2. Mal am gleichen Ort. Wieder war alles hervorragend. Die Wohnung war super sauber, alles was man brauchte war da. Die Lage zentral, alles was notwendig war, war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende, wirklich tolle Wirtsleute.
