The property is a private 1 bed/1 bath condo located in the private residences in the Saddlebrook Community. It overlooks the golf course and nature preserve. Located in Wesley Chapel, within walking distance to the Saddlebrook Tennis/Golf Academy and 6.2 mi from Shops at Wiregrass, the Grove, and 11 minutes to Epperson Lagoon and 26 minutes from Bush Gardens and Raymond James Stadium. This golf Course View Condo is in an area where guests can engage in outdoor and indoor activities from Epperson Lagoon, the Tampa Zoo, Museums and other activities such as fishing, golfing, tennis, hockey, volleyball, and basketball. Any use of the golf and tennis on location is subject to the policies and prices set that is avaliable to the public. The spa, golf, tennis and pool are additional fees paid to the Resort by the public and subkct to their policies. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linens, towels, no kitchen, only coffee/tea, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, microwave, and refrigerator. All you would need for the perfect long week, sports trip, golf or business trip or just a full week getaway!

Minimum stay is at least 7 nights and maximum is 85 nights.

Our family is a golf and travel family. We homeschool our kids and take trips to active places. We decided upon this location because it is close to Tampa Bay, the beaches, golf, art museums, professional Tampa Bay sports, USF, St. Leo University, Mofitt Cancer Center, Busch Gardens, the Zoo, Epperson Lagoon and great shopping. We have stayed in many places so we know as business and leisure travelers what guests want. We are so looking forward to having you come stay with us.

The place was very clean, neat and tidy and had everything you could want. The location was very suitable for a golfer like me and I enjoyed the stay. Leslie was extremely thorough and super helpful with so much details I didn't require any assistance during my stay. Absolutely would recommend staying at this property

I enjoyed the location of this place. It's dated, and I would have appreciated mattress pads on the beds and TLC on the outside. However, the location makes up for everything: easy access to everything and an excellent place for walks, on or off-site. I felt safe, and that is important to me.

Excellently updated unit. Make sure if you want to use the tennis, pools and practice greens that you have you host provide you with a Guest Card to show at each of these facilities or you will not be able to use them; yes, the resort checks to see if you have this guest card.
