Wittmaack:
The apartment Wittmaack on the ground floor has about 66m² of living space and consists of kitchen, living room, bath with shower / WC and bedroom. Usable for up to 4 people, from the third person is a sofa bed available. Also included in the price: LCD flat screen TV (54 channels), DVD and CD player, dishwasher, 4-zone ceramic hob, hairdryer, safe, alarm clock, washing machine, dryer, iron / ironing board, own parking in the yard, EC Card payment possible.

On our property is a historical monument. The late medieval storey building with its steep gabled roof was probably in the 15th Century (dated 1450) built. The gable facing the street was in 17th renewed century and is still marked by a two locking liges truss. A radical redesign was our house then again about 1900. During this time it was for many years owned a painting company. We tried to get as all the original pictures and paintings in or on us. The conversion of our cityscape formative half-timbered house in apartments took place in 2006 by 2008.

Absolutely fantastic!

This property was incredible value for money, set in the heart of the historic part of a beautiful town. We couldn't believe how blessed we are to stay here, the apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. There are also plenty of affordable restaurants nearby, and it's only a short drive away from other notable cities and attractions. The Freibad (public swimming pool) is a must if you have kids, and the walking museum is also well worth it!

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war hilfreich und angenehm. Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und haben alles mit Ort, Parkkarte, Wohnung, usw. erklärt bekommen. Das Haus bietet moderne Komfort mit deutlichen Akzente des historischen Gemäuers. Die Wohnlage ist sehr zentral, aber auch ruhig. Zahlreiche Gaststätten sind in angenehmer Laufweite (eine nur ca. 30 Meter) von der Wohnung. Wanderwege, die in die Natur führen sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Ort selbst ist ein sehenswerter Kleinod. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.
