Cozy farmhouse close to Tübingen and Reutlingen

Our guest house stands for its name: live there!

Our cozy and renovated guest house was renovated in 2016 between Tübingen (8 minutes by car) and Reutlingen (also 8 minutes by car). Stuttgart Airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

We rent a total of 5 rooms, 3 of which have their own bathroom and 2 rooms share a large bathroom.
The breakdown in detail:
- Room 1 (approx. 12 m²): single room, with the option of using it as a double room and private bathroom
-Room 2 (approx. 20 m²): double room, with the option of using it as a triple or quadruple room and private bathroom
- Room 3 (approx. 15 m²): double room, with the option of using it as a triple or quadruple room and private bathroom
- Room 4 (approx. 18 m²): double room, with the option of using it as a triple or quadruple room - use of the bathroom together with room 5
- Room 5 (approx. 10 m²): single room, with the option of using the bathroom together with room 4 in a double room.

There are also two dining and lounge rooms, with their own toilet and a spacious kitchen.

There is also a beautiful garden with a terrace that invites you to relax and have a barbecue.

A great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the house - it's spacious, clean, and well-located. It's an old house with an interesting floor plan but very nicely restored. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, it rained both days so we couldn't use the nice patio. The kitchen is well-stocked and we were able to cook a nice dinner. We'd come back - and maybe bring some more people next time since it's a place with a lot of room(s).

Beautful farmhouse in an adorable small town

We had a very large multi generational group meeting up here to spend a few days together. The house was large with many bedrooms and bathrooms that can be rented separately, which I'm sure works wonderfully. As one large house, the setup is a bit unusual. There is no sitting area, such as a living room, for a large group to gather. The kitchen, however, had a very large table where we spent time playing games which was great.Check in was very easy, although i did reach out a few times before check in and check out for instructions as very little information was given, for example what to do with waste, do beds need to be stripped, where to put towels, etc. More specific instructions would have been helpful. Additionally, this was advertised as family friendly and although a high chair was provided, there were no games, books or anything else for children. Also, there are many steep stairs, a gate or way to block them for the babies would have been very much appreciated All in all a lovely home that allowed our family to spend time together.

Wir - das sind 10 Erwachsene und drei Kinder - verbrachten ein schönes Wochenende in dem Haus. Es war gemütlich, wir hatten genug Platz am großen Küchentisch zum Frühstück.Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, war telefonisch stets erreichbar und hat noch etliche Zusatzbetten für uns aufgestellt.Alles in allem eine sehr angenehme Lokation in einer ruhigen dörflichen Umgebung.

Familientreffen.

Check in problemlos, wie zuvor vom Vermieter mitgeteilt. Die Küchenausstattung völlig ausreichend, vllt ein paar Gläser mehr hätten es sein dürfen. Für unser Familientreffen ( 13 Personen, von 5 bis 77 Jahre alt) bestens geeignet. Allerdings dürfen die Gäste nicht gehbehindert sein, da viele Treppen im Haus sind. Sehr angenehm war es , daß jedes Zimmer - bis auf eine Ausnahme - ein eigenes Bad hat.

Es hätte nicht perfekter sein können

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr, sehr genossen und können es weiterempfehlen! Das Haus ist klein, aber fein inkl. Garten. Alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet, also die Kommunikation war super.Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great neighborhood home

We had a wonderful time here with our family and friends. It was a joy to spend time in the garden, and also to hear the church bells in the mornings. There were plenty of bathrooms and beds for all of our travelers and the large kitchen table was perfect for our evening meals. Great communication with the property owner and quick resolution to any issues. Would definitely stay here again!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Mädelswochenende in Tübingen

Wir waren mit 7 Frauen für ein langes Wochenende in Tübingen und haben uns zum Übernachten für dieses tolle Haus entschieden, obwohl wir dann ein bisschen fahren mussten für die Tagesgestaltung. Die Entscheidung war genau richtig, weil das Wetter nicht so toll war und man in einem Haus, vor allem mit so viel Platz wie hier, viel mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhalten mit einer Gruppe hat, als im Hotel. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der riesige Tisch war klasse für uns. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super schnell und unkompliziert - vielen Dank auch nochmal für die guten Tipps. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jedem Fall noch einmal buchen, wenn wir nochmal in die Gegend kommen.

Super Haus für viele Freunde

Das haus ist optimal für ein großes Treffen. Wir waren mit 12 Personen im Haus. Da bis auf zwei Zimmer alle ein Bad haben, gibt es keinen Engpass. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Alles da, was der Mensch braucht. Im Garten hat es einen großen Grill - passt auch. Die Nachbarschaft ist zwar etwas eng, aber es gab - hoffentlich - keine Probleme. Ab 22 Uhr sollte es schon leise zugehen, da es schnell zu einer Lärmbelästigung für die Nachbarschaft werden kann. Parkplätze sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Positiv auch - die Nähe zu Tübingen. Da lohnt sich ein Besuch immer. Vermutlich waren wir dort nicht zum letzten Mal. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber

Gemütliches Haus, ideal für Familienzusammenkünfte

Es sind ausreichend Zimmer und Betten vorhanden. Positiv ist, dass fast jedes Zimmer ein eigenes, schönes Bad hat. Nicht alle Betten sind bequem. Die Treppen im Haus sind sehr steil. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten für gemütliches Beisammensein. Ausstattungsmäßig haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir benötigt hatten. Das Haus ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir hatten schöne Tage in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Wir hatten das Haus anlässlich eines runden Geburtstags für ein Familienfest gemietet. Positiv war hier, dass alle drei Familien ihr eigenes Bad hatten. Am großen Esstisch konnten wir super gemeinsam essen, der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Hat alles bestens gepasst!

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage nur wenige Autominuten von Tübingen entfernt

Das alte Haus wurde mit viel Hingabe renoviert und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat mehrere Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Somit war diese Unterkunft ideal für unseren 3-Generationen-Familienurlaub.

We rented the whole house for a week for our family of 10 to stay in for a family reunion and wedding in Tuebingen. Everything was as described, plenty of room for everyone and a nice area outside for barbecuing. Parking for four cars. Jettenburg is a quiet village without much shopping, but shops in Tuebingen and Reutlingen were close at hand, 10-15 minutes away by car. The owner was very responsive and interested in making it a great stay, including sending us a list of possible activities (with links) to activities we might enjoy in the area. The only improvements we would have liked to see would be a toaster and microwave in the kitchen, and fixing the door to the living room so that it can close if people are sleeping down there. This is a great option for a large family wanting to stay in the lovely Tuebingen area. Thanks, Klemens and Bianca!

Alle Zimmer sind renoviert. Die meisten Schlafräume sind mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Das Haus und die Küche sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Leider ist der Esstisch für die maximale Belegung nicht ausgelegt. Der Aufenthaltsraum im Anbau ist leider bedingt durch die alten Fenster sehr zugig. Internetverbindung kein Problem. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Gerne zu empfehlen
