The house features a bright living room with a sofa bed for two additional beds and a TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: a stovetop, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Everything is provided to allow you to easily cook on-site.
The sleeping area features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). A bathroom with a hairdryer is available, as well as a separate toilet. A washing machine is also available for added convenience.
Outside, a pleasant private garden is perfect for enjoying the warm weather. It is equipped with a table and chairs, deckchairs for relaxing, and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Parking is available within the residence, with no designated space.
Regarding the surroundings, you are ideally located for exploring the region's natural treasures. Just a few kilometers away, you can enjoy the superb beaches of Contis and Cap de l'Homy, renowned for their wild setting, expanse, and waves popular with surfers.
