La villa est décorée avec goût, très confortable, rien ne manque. Elle est bien située avec la vue sur les Alpilles .
Nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'accueil et la réactivité du personnel de l'agence .
Malheureusement, je pense qu'il ne peut sûrement être de votre ressort d'améliorer le chemin d'accès à la villa qui est assez pénible mais peut-être en remonter l'info, d'autant qu'il est assez long .

Geräumiges Ferienhaus, Wohnraum geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Küche und Bad sehr groß, Blick von der Terrasse über den weitläufigen Garten auf die Alpillen phantastisch. Einführung und Abnahme durch zwei sehr nette Damen verliefen reibungslos.Die Zufahrt ( 600 m ) über einen schmalen, einspurigen Feldweg, übersät mit Schlaglöchern ist eine Zumutung für Auto und FahrerLeider hatte ich die letzte Woche keine Internetverbindung. Trotz wiederholter Intervention von Seiten der Agentur bei dem Anbieter Orange konnte keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Das kann doch nicht sein. Der Notbehelf mit mobilen Daten hat mich etliche gekostet.Der Buchungsvorgang war ein einziges Chaos, aber das würde Seiten füllen.

Es tut uns jedoch aufrichtig leid, dass Sie in der letzten Woche Ihres Aufenthalts keine Internetverbindung hatten. Wir haben unser Möglichstes getan und uns wiederholt an den Anbieter Orange gewandt, leider lag die Lösung nicht in unserem Einflussbereich.
Was den Buchungsvorgang betrifft, so nutzen wir ein übliches und sicheres Online-Zahlungssystem. Es kommt vor, dass Zahlungen nicht durchgehen, wenn die Karte nicht gültig ist, ein Limit erreicht wurde oder eine zusätzliche Authentifizierung erforderlich ist. In Ihrem Fall haben wir gemeinsam die Lösung über eine Banküberweisung gefunden und standen Ihnen dabei jederzeit zur Verfügung.
