Comfortable stay

Was very appreciative! We arrived in the evening and there were a few concerns. Contacted the owner, within 15 minutes everything was taken care of personally and we had all we needed. My daughter and I enjoyed the patio and pool and the quite neighborhood. Was a quick and easy drive to the beach. Recommend!

Small improvements needed

All in all a nice place but in need of some minor improvements. A kings size bed would have been better than two twins. The fully stocked kitchen is missing some key pieces,measuring cups and spoons, dishwasher pods and trash bags all things I had to buy during our stay. I would definitely stay here again and perhaps these minor inconvenience would be resolved.

Comfortable Accommodations

I stayed 10 days and enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to very nice beaches and shopping. I also enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen and great shower.

Significant ant problem

I booked 7 nights but left on the 4th day because of ants in the bed. I was willing to skip using the kitchen due to ants, but I wasn’t willing to have ants in the bed. I made attempts to engage the owner but they were unresponsive to my request to refund 3 nights. Other than the ant problem, the unit was very clean. The bedding really needs replaced. The full size sofa bed is in the kitchen, with a pocket door between the bedroom and only bathroom. Not a problem for me since I was the only one staying there. The unit was nicely remodeled and the kitchen and bath are very nice. The location is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet. The owners need to caulk all the cracks and crevices, especially the main door. You can see daylight near the bottom so any bug can waltz right in. Communication with the owners wasn’t satisfactory. I would definitely not return.
