Cozy and private. Quiet, safe area with little to no traffic. Publix and Gulf Gate area shops just on other side of 41. You will absolutely love the convenience here!
This loft-style unit is conveniently located right at the South bridge to Siesta Key. Only a short 1/2 mile walk to the #1 rated beach in North America. Hungry? Cross the street and enjoy the beautiful shops and restaurants at the Boat Yard or head on over to a night of great eats and live entertainment in Siesta Key Village.

- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Pet allowed with Pet fee of $150 - (1) One Pet Max
Trash pick-up day is every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day)
- NO Live TV!!! just apps to login your account
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Couldn’t really be more pleased with the loft. It was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive with the only challenge we had. He quickly answered inquiries and was great to work with. His recommendation to walk to the beach was stellar. Only 10 minutes from door to beach. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. Loved that there were beach towels and a small coolerto take to the beach with us. Thankful to have found this gem.

1641 Redwood st unit My over all experience was less than average.. besides the room not being cleaned so we could get in at 4pm the washing machine was broken and the grill was out of gas..

Our cleaning team typically completes all units by our 4:00 PM check-in time, though on rare occasions there may be slight delays. Regarding the washing machine, we had an appliance vendor inspect it following your report, and it was tested and confirmed to be working properly. We also apologize for the inconvenience of the grill not having gas ready for use, as this is something we aim to have prepared for every guest. Convenient and easy!

This is lovely and convenient place just over the bridge to Siesta Key! The place was super clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals and get a great night sleep – the neighborhood was quiet! The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag came in super handy. We really loved the outdoor lights at night! These are great for safety and created a lovely atmosphere. My husband and I rented bikes and were able to leave them locked up right outside with no problems. We biked over the bridge to get to the beach and the Village without a problem. The private parking was a great bonus. We hope to be back soon! Thank you!

We didn’t stay, after we checked in, the toilet backed up, which they did bring a plumber for, but we were broken by then-price point was way too high

This is a retaliatory review and is under review by VRBO. Guest checked in and used toilet with too much toilet paper and so it clogged. Maintenance came out within 10 minutes to fix. Guest tried to use this incident to cancel reservation and get a full refund. This request was obviously denied per cancellation policy. Rate paid was $169 to be within walking distance to the beach. Price is more than fair for high season.

It was a quiet area. Do not expect any type of scenic view. There are 16-18 outside steps to go up to the apartment. Not a bad walk to Siesta Key beach unless you’re wanting to carry chairs, umbrella and cooler. We did walk one time and drove the other times. The apartment was fair, could use carpets cleaned, and at least ice trays in the freezer. The owner did respond to messages and even came to make sure we were good.
