Surrounded by tropical foliage, this home offers the island escape you are searching for.

Dine alfresco on the lanai followed by a dip in the hot tub. Less than 5 minutes to the nearest golf course & beach. This house sleeps eight guests across four spacious bedrooms. One air mattress for two additional guests.

MASTER SUITE - King bed, outdoor access, and walk-in closet. En-suite bathroom with a tub/shower and dual vanity.

(2) QUEEN BEDROOMS

(1) TWIN BEDROOM - Furnished with two twin beds.

Beds sleep 8 guests. Two additional guests allowed 1 sofa, 1 twin air mattress.

GUEST BATHROOM - Large vanity and tub/shower.

OUTDOOR SHOWER - After a day of adventure, wash off the red volcanic dirt & sunblock before take a soothing soak in your private hot tub.

Cathedral ceilings and big picture windows fill the open living area with natural light.

At the heart of the home is the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with stainless steel appliances. Breakfast bar seating and four-seater kitchen table. When dinner is served, gather at the six-person dining table.

Expansive backyard surrounded by privacy hedges and verdant foliage. Step out to the private lanai, complete with lounge seating, a gas grill, and table for six.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, central air-conditioning, freestanding fans, washer/dryer. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and snorkels are provided.

Driveway parking for two cars. (No street parking in the Princeville community).

This single-story house is accessed via one step at the entryway.

Find a host of eateries and essential shopping options at the Princeville Center, a 10-minute walk from home. A public library and community center are nearby as well.

Tee off at Makai Golf Club, or snorkel and sunbathe at several secluded beaches dotting the North Shore. Hanalei Beach offers a long strip of sand with stunning mountain views. The perfect home-base after a long day of exploring the islands mountains, rivers, and beaches.

Live like a local with Aloha, this home is in a residential neighborhood. Hot tub use should be discontinued and conversations brought indoors at 9pm out of respect for neighbors. Princeville does not allow music/boisterous activity audible from the property line at ANY time and patrol enforces quiet hours in the evening.

Discontinue hot tub use 9pm. Bring conversation inside with windows closed. No music audible outside any time. Patrol fines are guest responsibility.

Great property for a family vacation

We had a great time! Lots of seating areas and a well stocked kitchen made it a good property for a big group (7 people). We loved being walking distance to the nearby shopping center for great restaurant/bar options (loved the Tiki bar!). Plenty of towels for beach. We did drive to nearby beaches, the only walkable beach is down a very steep path but its a very easy drive to Hanalei Bay or Anini beaches. North shore area of Kauai is stunning, we would highly recommend this area for hiking and beaches.

We knew it was a gamble, but were surprised at the maintenance it needed. 2 hours of work power washing the exterior, trimming bushes, washing windows, etc., would do a lot for the property. The interior surfaces were all clean but it shows signs of needing a deep clean. Air vents, light fixtures, exhaust & ceiling fans, all had quite a bit of build up around them. It was well stocked, but did have many things (mainly toxic cleaning supplies) that my toddlers could get into. I appreciated the bottle of Ecos laundry detergent that was available. The bathrooms were run down and small things like the toilet paper being broken were annoying and is such a simple fix. We didn’t sit out on the lanai because the outside was dirty and not very welcoming.The neighborhood was a great, family friendly place with a playground a short walk away.

Lots of room in this house for all of us, bright and good location. There could be updates made to the house and a few repairs as well as a lanai with outdoor dining furniture. All of the fees are high for what you get. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay. The mgr is very friendly, receptive and responsive.

Nice getaway

Overall the house is very nice. Checkin was very easy as was booking. Bedrooms were nice and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. There were some cleanliness items such as the floor was very sticky and we had to mop first day there. Also the have so many big beautiful windows to look out at beautiful landscape and neighborhood but the windows were very dirty. There were also a few maintenance items such as the garage door sensor to close garage door was off and on ground. We put back on but it kept falling off. Also there was a super small leak in the roof above kitchen table. There was a lot of stuff in garage for use: swim shows ,snorkel, beach stuff, and baby stuff so you are covered there. The neighborhood is great and quiet and there is everything you need very close. Grocery beach and shopping. We would stay there again.

All around wonderful

My family was so happy to be here. The outdoor shower and quality beach gear were a great bonus. 4 bedrooms instead of 3 like some places for 8 people was so relaxing. Wonderful neighborhood 10 min walk from restaurant grocery area. Park with playground 5 minute walk away was wonderful for kids and had added bonus of wonderful farmers market Saturday & Sunday.
