About this property

Chalet in a peaceful setting at the foot of the mountains (10 min from Lake)

Chalet nestled in a lush green setting, with a large garden, terrace, and balcony, offering peace and beautiful mountain views.
Ideally located between lake and mountains: 10 minutes from Lake Annecy (Menthon-Saint-Bernard), 15 minutes from Thônes, 20 minutes from Annecy, and 20–30 minutes from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand.
Fully renovated in a warm, wooden mountain style, featuring:
• Main living floor: dining room / living room opening onto the balcony, separate kitchen with a bar area (perfect for hot chocolate after skiing…), bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a brand‑new double bed.
• Upper floor: a cozy attic bedroom with three single beds.
The chalet includes fiber Wi-Fi and good mobile reception. No TV. Small freezer, dishwasher, heat pump. The fireplace cannot be used at the moment (an insert will be installed soon).
In summer: no air conditioning, but the insulation has been redone and the cool mountain air in the evening is very pleasant.
We love the mountains in every season — and you will too! Nearby activities include hiking for all levels, cross‑country skiing, snowshoeing, downhill skiing, mountain biking, paragliding, treetop adventure parks, horseback riding, climbing and via ferrata, trail running, canoeing/kayaking/rowing/paddleboarding, diving… plus raclette, reblochon, and all the local delights.
Practical information:
Please contact us for check‑in and keys (we live 10 minutes away). Electricity is billed according to meter usage (but the brand‑new heat pump keeps consumption low).

Le chalet est très agréable et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol : l’absence de four dans le chalet. La communication avec les hôtes se fait très facilement. Ces derniers ont été très arrangeants sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Le chalet a une vue incroyable sur la montagne savoyarde. Proche d'Annecy et dans un écrin de verdure. L'hôte était très sympathique et disponible et nous a donné foule de conseils pour profiter de notre séjour (même en cas de pluie!). Le chalet est également très fonctionnel et la literie très confortable. Nous étions deux avec mon conjoint mais une chambre à l'étage permet d'accueillir 5 personnes confortablement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir avec mon conjoint !

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment magnifique dans ce très beau chalet à Alex où nous avons pu nous reposer et découvrir une région aux paysages exceptionnels .Il y a énormément d'activités sportives à faire à proximité , des balades et le lac d'Annecy est tout prêt .L'endroit est très calme ce qui est un atout majeur ,il est aussi très confortable parfait pour se détendre ; il offre une vue splendide sur la montagne :le matin et le soir on peut regarder le soleil dans les montagnes . Quant à l'accueil , les hôtes sont très sympathiques et toujours désireux d'apporter leur aide .Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse .De belles vacances assurées.
