This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

This is a beautiful, updated space in a historic home in downtown Charleston. The owner was very responsive and interested in making sure their guests had a comfortable stay. The only downside was that parking was a 10 minute walk away, which we were not expecting.

Absolutely loved the place. It was clean and plenty of space for the six of us. We ate in for breakfast and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is about a 10 minute walk to everything which made it perfect for us. The communication with the host was easy and instant. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Charleston.

This was a good location for exploring Charleston. It is only a couple of blocks to King Street which has lots of bars and restaurants, and also the bus stop which we used to catch city buses to explore. The unit was very clean and had plenty of space. The only negatives were the parking spots for the upstairs unit are about a 10 minute walk and there was very little water pressure in two of the bathroom faucets (showers were fine). Overall we would recommend this property.

This rental was close to shopping and restaurants on King Street. The parking space was several blocks away, so not super convenient. We did have a water pressure issue, but it was quickly remedied by a visit from maintenance. If we visit again, I’ll probably consider another location, but overall, it met our needs.

the location was great, short walk to King street. i didn’t realize that Charleston is such a college town. the house worked out well. it had everything that we needed. the abandoned neighbor was the only oddity. the nightlife and restaurants were all great and close by.great family vacation!

Four of stayed here for a girls trip. Perfect location just a few blocks of King St. It was nice to have three bathrooms. Noise machines in all the bedrooms was a nice touch. Communication with the host was excellent.

This place was very clean and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and there were more than enough towels, toiletries, coffee, etc. The parking is about a 10-minute walk away which is the only downside, it wasn’t a major problem for us but we also didn’t realize that until we arrived, so just a heads up to anyone else. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed very safe. We loved being so close to Holey City Bagels for breakfast and to Jeni’s for ice cream! Will definitely try to stay here again when we are in Charleston! Thanks so much!

Lovely property in an excellent location. Close to neighborhood small business bakeries and steps away from dining. Easy access to shuttles that will bring you to old town Charleston. Easily allowing tours and dining in old Charleston. Heartily recommended
