Quick Thanksgiving trip

We came to FL to visit family for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was great for our four kids, two adults, and dog. We loved the proximity to the beach and being able to walk around the neighborhood with our dog. The outdoor space was an added bonus. The house was clean and well-stocked. Would definitely stay again, 10/10 recommend. Thanks for making our trip even better!!

Amazing house and host - perfect location

We have stayed in many beach rentals all over St. Augustine, Jacksonville, and Fernandina. This is our new favorite. Easy walk to the beach, a great waterside restaurant, and very easy to get to downtown St. Augustine. And they had treats for our dogs! The hosts were awesome and amazingly responsive. Most highly recommend.

Perfect

We could not have been more pleased with this property choice! Everything was so thought out with amenities. It was so clean and spacious and the backyard was perfect for our dogs. They had everything that we would need within the home. We have rented several properties in different places and this, by far, has been our favorite. Location was perfect and home experience was perfect! We will be back for sure.

Great stay!

Perfect stay for a long weekend away. We rode bikes to the beach, visited the night of lights at robins suggestion. Gorgeous! Highly recommend. We had our pup and upon arrival found some treats set up for her. Thank you robin for your hospitality!

Why they chose this property

Remodeled in 2021/2022 - open floor plan with multiple living spaces, 2 king bedrooms, 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, Smart TV's throughout the house. Plenty of parking for 3 cars. Outdoor shower and Fully Fenced, private oasis with fire pit!!

What makes this property unique

The garage has a fooseball table, and a full-size ping pong table and a ring-toss game - the perfect spot to rev up the competition with your family & friends!
We love to watch the sunrise at the beach in the morning and the world class sunset on the intracoastal in the evening, both within walking distance

PETS: Fully fenced backyard. Your pups are invited and welcome to stay with approval and a $65 fee for the first pet + $50 for an additional pet. We just ask that you don't allow them on the beds or furniture. If you cannot keep them off the couches, please bring covers to protect them, but we are very strict about our no pets on the bed policy. If an over-enthusiastic pet happens to leave their mark, their loving human guests will be financially responsible. Please let us know what type of pet you have when booking. We will request the pet fees through Extra Services. Our beautiful beaches and many of our public areas and restaurants are pet-friendly. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of it in the garbage outside.

PARKING: Plenty of room for parking up to 3 cars.

KITCHEN: Drip coffee maker (creamers & sugars available for your use), Keurig (coffee available), microwave, blender, crock pot, and a large selection of pots and pans for you to cook as if you were at home.

TV: Smart TVs are in every room, YouTube TV available and you have the ability to login to any of your favorite tv apps.

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking/vaping anywhere on the property. Charges will occur if any kind of smoking is detected.

NO PARTIES: No more than the number of guests on your reservation in the house. (8 MAX)

WASHER/DRYER: There is a washer/dryer onsite with pods/dryer sheets.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Adult bikes are provided to explore the area and go on the beach. A beach cart, boogie boards, and beach toys are kept in the garage - no need to tote them on your vacation. A small pack 'n play is provided for infants when requested in advance.
