The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency proposes you to rent, in Sainghin-en-Mélantois, this charming house with swimming pool and jacuzzi, of a surface of 187 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 65 m² living room, fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is arranged as follows over 2 levels:
Ground floor:
- A 65 m² living area comprising a lounge/dining room and an open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. The 2 large picture windows give access to the terrace.
- A cellar with storage space, a clothes line, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
- Separate WC

First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) and dressing area
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a desk
- Bedroom 3: a master suite (queen-size bed 160x200), en-suite shower room and dressing room
- Bedroom 4: a cot for a child
- An office area, ideal for teleworking, with a convertible double sofa bed for 2 people
- A family bathroom with bath and shower, double washbasins
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A beautiful 300 m² garden + 90 m² terrace with several areas to enjoy the fine weather: dining area with convivial table and barbecue, relaxation area with garden furniture, deckchairs, swimming pool, jacuzzi.
- Private outdoor heated swimming pool, open from May to September (opening times subject to weather conditions).
- Jacuzzi available all year round
- And for the kids: trampoline, swing...

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Sainghin-en-Mélantois, in a very pleasant private development (2 minutes' drive from the Decathlon Arena stadium). All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly opposite the house's garage. 2 outdoor parking spaces.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
To get to Lille by metro, go to 4 Cantons station. Leave your car in the large free car park. Lille city centre is 10 minutes away by metro.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- The garden is enclosed and not overlooked. On the pasture side, a small fence has been installed to allow you to enjoy the horses that come regularly.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing your accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
