This property is very family friendly. We all had a great time. We’ve been coming to Phoenix on the Bay for several years and continue to keep coming back. This unit was very clean. I’m not overly priced for everything you get. It looks to be an older unit and may need some updating in the future but everything was improper and working order. The front desk staff was always very helpful. Anytime we had to ask questions. Just making a note that the mattresses in this unit specifically are very firm.
