Art’s house is a great family place. It is spacious, clean, and well equipped for cooking, relaxing, socializing, showering, and sleeping. One room has a computer desk and the internet is blazing fast, so working remotely was easy. The musical instruments were fun. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. The neighbors were friendly, and two grocery stores are within walking distance. Pro tip: the switch for the kitchen sink’s light is behind the refrigerator.
This is an excellent property. Very roomy and in a good safe location. I will stay here again when I visit Jackson. Owners were very nice and accommodating!
We found this property the perfect location for reuniting our family of five for the memorial service of our parent/grandparent. We could walk to Whole Foods and it’s easy access to I-55 and Old Canton road allowed us to navigate to the church, family farm and local restaurants switch ease.
This is a very nice property and is centrally located to anything you need in Jackson. Close to the Ross Barnett Reservoir as well. I plan to repeat staying here on my next Jackson visit!
Plenty of room, good basic facilities, good neighborhood.
Sixty-year old house with only minor updates and foundation problems typical for Jackson. Good deal for the price, met our needs, but I would think twice about coming back.

Thank you for your feedback, John. We hope we can host you again and this house or another of our properties.
The place was nicely decorated and clean. The owners were very pleasant and accomodating for our request. It was an excellent time had by 4 adults and 2 children with plenty of apace and entertainment. Next time I visit Jackson I'll definitely atay here.
This property is located in a great spot. It's convenient to the interstate, but in a relatively secluded neighborhood. This house is ideal for a group gathering.

Thank you! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay, Joshua!
The only issue we had was that the coffee pot died and Ben brought a brand new one over. The house is charming, the location is peaceful, yet only minutes from everything. We had a wonderful time gathering with family and plenty of room to spare. I highly reccomend this property!!

Great home for a large family.
Our stay was great. The only problem was I didn't ask about Walker accessibility. There are several steep steps getting into the property.
We were in town for a family wedding and this home was perfect in size for us. The owner was very responsive and helpful to all requests. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect get-away for our family for a nearby swim meet
We were quite happy with all of the space available to fit our family for a nearby swim meet. Lots of space, very convenient, and plenty of amenities. We felt very comfortable and totally enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend to others. If you're looking for a modern touch then this isn't the place for you. But if you want comfort and room to spread out then this place is ideal.

Very comfortable and clean.
We stayed here while my son played in a soccer tournament. We brought one of the other players with us so we had a total of 5 people staying here. We could have brought at least 2 or 3 more families and still had room for everyone. This place is so big!!! The boys had a great time playing outside in backyard. It was great!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Five Stars
The property was clean with a country type setting and very relaxing and with plenty of unique fine art pieces and painting. Plenty of room for everyone. It was just a great place to stay and I will most definitely use it or rent it again in the future and I encourage anyone that is going to visit the Jackson Mississippi area to inquire about this property for rent and the owner Art was a great pleasure to work with during this rental process.

Older home in nice neighborhood
Art is very friendly and helpful. The house is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It is an older home with some quirks, but overall very nice. It is in a very good area of Jackson and close to good shopping and restaurants.
