5 bedroom, Ranch layout, beautiful home available now! All new furnishings in 2022, new 70 in Smart TV, new matresses, new linens, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a home away from home! This home has a large yard, tons of parking, and is across from Discovery Park with large playground and skate park. Starbucks and Sprouts are easy walking distance across the park! We have amazing neighbors so there is absolutely no parties or events allowed at this home. The manager lives close by and keeps a close on this home to prevent events at this home.

This is a ranch home with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on .4 acres with a fenced backyard! There bedroom layout is 2 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and one room with 2 full beds. There are 3 showers in the home and a laundry room available for guests to use. The home has tons of parking and has an additional hangout space in the garage when the weather is nice. There is a ping - pong table and extra refrigerator in the garage. Everything is new in this home! The home highlights a remodeled kitchen with white cabinets, new stainless appliances, and white quartz countertops. All bathrooms have new tile, vanities, and fixtures. New flooring, new paint, new carpet, all new bedding and furnishings. The main living room has open floor plan with living/dining room open to the kitchen along with a dedicated built-in desk in the open space for getting work done. There is a dining room table that can seat 10 plus a bar at the kitchen counter. A new 70 inch Smart TV and fireplace create a relaxing living room. There is a master bedroom with a dedicated master bathroom and closet. In the summer there is an amazing pear and apple trees in the back. New landscaping coming Spring 2022.

Comfortable home for larger families

We spent Christmas with our family in this home and enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of room for larger groups and the location is very convenient. The big backyard, ping pong table and neighborhood park make is ideal for young guests. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for large groups. I think the house had been used quite a bit and needed a little more deep cleaning (rugs, couch, some of the floors) and a few items needed repair. The appliances worked well (the extra refrigerator was excellent), although the oven was very dirty (large spill had baked on the bottom) and we needed to clean it before using. Regardless, I would recommend the property and found the manager very responsive.

Nice spot limited mobility friendly

The host was very responsive to our questions. Clean and updated carpets etc. Couple of minor issues, hand soap in bathrooms had been watered down. The recycle receptacle was more than 3/4 full on our arrival. There were 2 coffee makers but not even a hand mixer (even crank style, there were 2 clothes irons.

Great House!!

Our family came together from multiple states to stay in this house for a week for a wedding. The house was exactly what we needed. The amount of bedrooms/beds was perfect as well as the bathrooms. The open layout of the kitchen/dining room/living room was great for cooking, eating and hanging out with our large group. The ping pong table in the garage was such a fun plus. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and we appreciated the large assortment of serving dishes and Tupperware. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!
