About this property

This California Bungalow has an amazing flow for hosting with an open floor plan: living room, dining room and kitchen are open and have beautiful natural light. This leads to the deck with has ample space to eat al fresco with BBQ and outdoor couch and dining table. The grassy yard has a tree with a treehouse and in the back there is a hotel like saltwater pool and spa with lounges, cement decks and a separate dining area. The Kitchen is fully decked out and there are 3 bedrooms with a King, Queen and Twin bed, perfect for a family of 4.
Walk to Elysian Park (acces on our street), Echo Park Lake, Restaurants/bars on Sunset Blvd. You are in the heart of Echo Park: a sparkling community of musicians and artists 5 minutes from downtown and 20mins from just about every destination in LA. You can’t be more centrally located and at the same time be removed in a quiet oasis.

Great House in a Great Location.

This was a great place for my family to stay. Both kids had their own rooms and the living areas were open and we'll put together. The kitchen had everything we needed for pulling together dinner and everything we did in Hollywood, Downtown, and in Echo Park was less than 20 minutes away. Though the pool wasn't warm enough to use ( we didn't expect it to be) the hot tub was great after a day walking around Universal Studio. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and deck more.

Perfect homemade for family vacation

This was our home base for a few days of our California vacation. It was perfectly located, safe, near the park for walks and hikes, near many restaurants and the grocery. We enjoyed the hot tub and even plunging into the unheated pool. The only minor downside is the intermittent construction going on next door some mornings. Great hosts.
