Built in the 1940’s, this home has been in my family for over 60 years. One of the few remaining original Mellethin “birdhouse homes” left in the Valley, this unique home has been updated while keeping the quirky Original charm making you feel like you’ve been thrown back to a different era. Medical Stay

The owner of the location, Cam, was very helpful with information about proximity to the hospital that a family member was having surgery at. We had a very comfortable stay before surgery day and the location was close to many attractions in the city. The house had a great deal of charm. The explanation of the historic nature of the house was a nice added touch as well.

Family trip ahead of the holidays

We wanted a place that was big enough for all of us to spread out yet still have family time. This house provide just that. It was close to where we wanted to go and Cam was very responsive to every inquiry.

December family trip

Absolutely loved this home! It's very cute and unique. The location is perfect for site seeing and visiting popular LA destinations. My family truly enjoyed our stay and would come back here again!!

Family LA Vacation

We came to go to Universal Studios and visit LA. The home is just like the photos with a beautiful back yard and lovely fruit trees. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. We enjoyed taking walks around there. It was close to Universal and very well located for sight seeing. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
