No cleaning fee! Great location, just four homes in from the beach and all your private oceanside amenities which include beach, heated pool, club house, gym & gazebo. A/C, full kitchen, wash/dryer and off street parking. Tropical backyard sitting area, and walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, including 1 queen and triple bunk beds, with sofa. TVs w/cable and WiFi RokuTV (You will need your own streaming service accounts).

BTC and LTC accepted. Small pets allowed, no smoking.

Use of the entire house and community amenities. Not a condo, your own house!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please just ensure that all food is emptied out and any trash is dropped off at the bath house collection bins (next to the visitor parking spaces).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenant Application will be required for HOA approval of all guests and pets. Strict no refund policy after booking, please be sure of your stay!
After the reservation is accepted, you will receive an online tenant application to complete within 1 week of booking.

Beautiful location!

We loved all the time on the beach. It was very easy to walk just across the street to get to the beach. We also had access to the private clubhouse, gazebo, and heated pool right on the beach. Mike (the host) was great at providing hints on things to do/see in the area. Overall, had a great experience!

Family of 5 (Kids 9, 7 & 3 years old) Amazing location. People in the village and area are all super nice. Beach access across the street. Heated pool. Washer and Dryer with detergent, softener and dryer sheet. BBQ grill in the back. Food was great everywhere. The host Mike was a text away for any questions during the stay. AC blows cold. Beach toys and regular toys included. Kitchen has everything you need. Definitely coming back asap!

Great location to everything!

Not only is the location of the beach house so nice, it is clean and comfy and cozy and quiet and stocked. The beds are comfortable and the sheets were absolutely the softest!
