Welcome to our favorite urban get-away! Relax, gather, and adventure! It is the perfect, spacious home for family gatherings or corporate stays. We go above & beyond to provide a great experience!

This 1800 sq foot home is nestled in a great St. Paul neighborhood. Easy access to downtown St. Paul, Minneapolis, universities, the airport, parks, & more.

Fully renovated and will not disappoint!

*King, California king, queen & twin bed. Plus a sofa bed and 3 floor mattresses (queen air mattress and two twin floor mattresses).
*3 Smart TVs with YouTube TV subscription (55 inch in family room, 43 inch in 2 of the bedrooms).

The house was perfect for our visit to MN. We were there for a visit to Macalester College and the accommodations were ideal. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. The beds were comfy, I’d definitely stay here again.

The place is beautiful and has everything you need to for a great stay. Updated, plenty of space so you can enjoy the twin cities as it is close to everything. Check in was super easy and hosts were great to deal with.

This home is beautifully prepared with a renters needs in mind. We enjoyed having a bathroom on each floor, comfy beds, and a well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. We found this historic St. Paul neighborhood to be peaceful and quiet. The decor is fresh and functional. We will keep this property on our short list for the twin cities!

Wonderful place! One of the CLEANEST and best stocked rentals we have used. Generous with cleaning supplies, extra toiletries. We arrived early, and cleaning staff allowed us in, enjoyed back deck while she finished up. Key code was changed to match my phone number, which tells me they change it between rentals, which I really liked. Overall a wonderful place to call home for our visit.

U of MN Graduation Stay

Well-appointed, exceptionally clean interior with modern updates that blend well with the quaintness of this older home. Host offered amenities like those in 4-star hotels. We especially liked the coffee bar with plenty of beverage choices & condiments. Our 6 adults enjoyed a very comfortable stay. Kudos to Anna!

Amazing Little House

This little home was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was well equipped as we did a lot of family cooking and even took advantage of the grill to make this birthday weekend perfect.

Christmas in Minnesota

We had a lovely stay! The house was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed to make a perfect Christmas Eve dinner and it was a great place to hang out for family time! We will be back!

We were fortunate enough to meet Anna when we were leaving and she was just as friendly and helpful in person, as she was while communicating in the app. We thought the house was absolutely adorable and a fantastic location. We all enjoyed sitting out on the back deck, enjoying the lovely garden. The only thing is if anyone in your party is older, the stairs are quite steep and some are narrower than others, so it could be difficult for them. Anna actually mentioned the stairs to me in our pre-visit conversation, but I don't think it's in the listing, so wanted to mention that.

We love the central location of this home! It is easy to get everywhere! The open concept with modern, organic design is a very rare find! The lighting is wonderful- thanks to skylights and large windows.

The king beds are a definite plus! The open concept is also very unique for houses in Saint Paul and Minneapolis. While the house is over 100 years old- it is ALL new.
