This third-level at building 5th, 4 bedroom unit overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Punta De Mita town. Relax on the terrace for the best view, or lounge in the open living space. This condo provides all the features for convenient, luxurious vacation.

Hacienda De Mita is the only area inside the gates with a private gate for easy access into town, walking distance from every breakfast place, dining option, and all the water activities available in the area.

Guests will enjoy access to all five Resort Clubs with their beaches, pools, bars and restaurants; both Jack Nicklaus golf courses, two driving ranges with practice greens and bunkers; Fitness and Tennis centers; and walking and cycling paths.

Amenities include daily housekeeping except Sundays. Maria will make sure to meet all your needs. Whether it’s a deliciously prepared breakfast and lunch of your choosing or a freshly made bed and clean towels upon your return from a lovely day at the beach.

Take your 6 - seater golf cart for a ride through Punta Mita complex, visit the different beach clubs, the only difficult part will be to choose your favorite.

Great Get Away

A, 5 stars from start to finish. From the moment we booked we are in direct contact with concierge services and no details were left unplanned - flights specs, airport pick up and drop off, daily breakfasts and afternoon snacks, dinner reservations, afternoon beach clubs recommendations, in-unit massages, private chef arrangements - nothing was left to chance. During our stay if there was anything we needed Jesus the concierge was available on WhatsApp and would respond within minutes. The home is immaculate and perfect for 6 adults - views are brilliant and location is A - just a few short minutes into the small and quaint village of Punta de Mita - we would 100% recommend and for two of our party of six, this was their second stay at this exact same property. If you have a chance to visit the area, you must seriously consider this property. We truly and genuinely hope to return sooner vs later. Thank you to everyone who made our trip so special w/ special thanks to our in-home Housekeeper and Chef, Margaritha!

We came here with our adult children and had a great time! Super nice to have the goft cart to explore within the gated community. Mari spoiled us with breakfast and lunch during most of our stay. Concierge service was great with assisting us with last minute activities and the drivers were nice and accommodating. Of note, activities booked through concierge is cash only so plan accordingly.

Dreamy condo offering the best of punta Mita

We were a group of friends celebrating a birthday. This condo offers the very best views, location, amenities and staff. Check in was lovely. We learned all the best ways to use the golf cart and beach clubs. We have delicious breakfasts prepared every morning with fresh coffee waiting as we awoke. We enjoyed having special Mexican dishes waiting for us when we returned from our outings. Highly recommend this condo. You will not be dissapointed

Six adults celebrated a 50th bday and had an amazing time. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious. Jesus assisted us in making reservations and general information. He was incredibly responsive. Maria cooked breakfast and lunch for us. Food was delicious and presentation was amazing. She also kept our place so clean. We felt spoiled the entire time. I’d highly recommend this place and we hope to be back again.

Loved our stay here. The views are breathtaking. The condo is spotless. Communication with the concierge was easy. The beach clubs are lovely as are all the nearby restaurants and amenities within the community. We also thoroughly enjoyed the private chef dinner we had one night at the condo. We already can’t wait to come back!

A Stay in Beach Paradise

The unit overlooked the ocean and we were able to spot whales breaching, enjoy gorgeous sunrises, and lovely vegetation. The location was super easy to get into town and to various clubs.

Fantastic Stay

Hacienda de Mita is a great location and this unit, which has been freshly remodeled is fantastic. Views of the ocean and town are great. Mary, the housekeeper and chef, is amazing and puts this on the top of our list as a place to return to.

Dream vacation!

What an amazing, relaxing time we had staying at Hacienda de Mita #506. The condo is spacious, modern, and spotless. Amazing views of Banderas Bay, easy walking access to the town of Punta Mita. Mary did an amazing job making delicious meals and keeping the condo very clean. Golf cart that was included was a big plus. Access to wonderful beach clubs and restaurants. If you are a golfer, challenge yourself playing one of the Jack Nicklaus courses. We will be back soon!
