The condo was very clean and comfortable. It could use some furniture updates hint: recliners. My only real issue was whoever stays in the master bedroom upstairs has to bring all their luggage and personal belongings up the spiral staircase which is very tight. We had 4 mature adult couples so maybe it’s just an age thing. That being said me and my wife weren’t in the master so no biggee for me. The view and location are to die for, very continent to everything. I will also make two dinning recommendations Shaggys is a great place with the best she crab soup I’ve ever had, and Grand Marlin for one of the best dinning experiences anywhere. I highly recommend this condo, complex, and Premier Island management group.

We really appreciate the furniture suggestions and those dining recommendations too! It sounds like you and your group had a fantastic getaway, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime. Condo was perfect for our family beach trip. Plenty of room and bathrooms. A few of the rooms did have soft lumpy mattresses which made it a bit difficult for some of our members to fully rest. Loved that all rooms have fans. I did love having the ocean view access. The slider doors were hard to open but I assume they must be made that way. If not, they could use some greasing to slide better. Large kitchen/den area for everyone to visit. I know this is minor but it would be nice to have a coffee pot that has both the Pod/Pot access. But not a determining factor of renting this condo. I did bring my Keurig because we only do Pods. This condo has much more to offer for families wanting a Gulf Front view and lots of space.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback! We're thrilled your family enjoyed the space and ocean views. Your observations are incredibly helpful—we'll definitely look into those mattresses and the slider door maintenance to enhance future stays. We appreciate you bringing your own Keurig; we'll keep the dual coffee maker suggestion in mind for upcoming upgrades. It sounds like you made the most of it! We'd love to welcome your family back for your next beach getaway. Thanks again for choosing us!

Everything was perfect during our stay. The condo unit is just as described. It was clean, spacious, stocked, and all the beds were very comfortable. We might ask for more forks and spoons, if we had to say anything was less than perfect. All the condo buildings are wonderful. It has the best gym we have ever had in a unit. Each person in our party agrees they want to stay in this unit again. Carrie was attentive each time I messaged her. For large parties- this a great place to stay.

Great beachfront condo!

Excellent beachfront location with amazing views! This 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo has plenty of room for a large family (or 2 families). We also enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and easy beach access. The large balcony and corner ocean views are wonderful. With a few furniture updates and the addition of a grill on the balcony, this place would be spectacular!

This is the place to be!

Absolutely loved this place! View is gorgeous, very spacious & hosts were perfect & responsive! We will be staying again! Only thing that can be improved upon is kitchen needs more pans & hand towels(only 1)& washcloths(none). Maybe a crockpot. I also recommend the dolphin cruise for $27- phamphlet in office! Affordable & well worth it! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
