About this property

Newly renovated, historic home with modern features and designs. Our home is located in downtown Burlington and features a wall of windows with spectacular lake and mountain views. The Lake Champlain waterfront, Battery Park and downtown Church Street are a short 10-15 minute walk away. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is great for families and quiet guests as it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood oasis. The backyard has plenty of space to enjoy the sunsets.

We all live fairly close by and one of us can be around in the event that something is needed, but we give our guests their space.

The home is located in a tight-knit, quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk down to the waterfront (going down pedestrian only Depot Street). There is an amazing coffee shop just a couple of minutes away on foot called Scout. They serve up delicious coffee, ice cream, cookies, and pastries.

Girls weekend

House is lovely inside. Bathrooms and kitchen beautifully renovated and the view is amazing through a wall of windows. We had a big snow storm in the middle of our stay and we were so glad to just hang out at the house. You just can’t have this kind of getaway at a hotel.

House as advertised, inside was all renovated, plenty of room for the 6 of us, great views of the lake, 12 min walk to church street. great spot for a weekend get away with friends. Thank you

Holiday get-away

Perfect location in Burlington. Accomodated 3 couples easily, bathrooms updated and cannot beat the view! Would return to this property and highly recommend to adult groups.
