Complete ground floor of the two-family house in the youngest Rügenseebad, in Altefähr

Your spacious apartment in our "Old Forge" for up to 8 people in the state-recognized resort Altefähr has a new, modern fitted kitchen, bath / shower, central heating, living room and two bedrooms (one in "Salon Size"). Everything on modern level in a historical, 150 year old house. For the most part it has beamed ceilings with a ceiling height of 2.20 m on average in the house, which makes it especially cozy to stay in a "monument of the resort Altefähr".

There are free bicycles for hire available. Also stands next to a freezer in the apartment additionally a freezer available.

Highlights in addition the climbing park and the restaurants of the great sandy beach Altefähr's with its wooden boardwalk; it is unique on the island of Rügen. Firstly, it is the only beach of the island with south-facing, ie sunlight from early morning until late at night ... and all of course with seaside water quality to cool.

Secondly, it is the only handicapped beach on the island of Rügen. In addition to the family-friendly area of ​​the views of the silhouette of the old Hanseatic city of Stralsund (World Heritage) is unique (and uniquely beautiful!).

Wunderbares "altes" Haus.Das Haus hat seinen eigenen Charm. Wir fanden es sensationell.Vermieter waren total freundlich und Hilfsbereit.Wir werden wohl wiederkommen müssen um es mal ein Woche zu Testen.Es ist alles das was man braucht. Zum Strand nach Altefähr, und zur Fischbox und Cocktail, sind es nur 10 min. Für Hunde ist es ein Traum. Vielen Danke

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war schön, geräumig und angenehm kühl bei hohen Temperaturen. Was die barrierefreiheit mit einem Rollstuhl betrifft ist es das Bad etwas beengt und schwierig zu manövrieren mit Tür und Kante der Dusche. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Enttäuscht waren wir vom Strand, der mit Algen und Schlick sehr verdreckt war und vom Örtchen Altefähr. Es gibt kaum Lokalitäten, die wenigen die es mal gab scheinen schon länger geschlossen, so das wir jeden Tag andere Orte erkundet haben. Die Insel ist toll und wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Urlaub.

Super schönes kleines Häuschen

Das Häuschen ist echt super schön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Bis zum Hafen und Strand sind es ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß was zu einem kleinen Spaziergang einlädt. Auf dem weiträumigen Grundstück können die Kinder schön spielen und da es Umzäunt ist braucht man sich als Wltern keine Sorgen machen 😁Also perfekt zum abschalten vom Alltag 😃 Wir kommen bestimmt im Sommer noch mal wieder.

guter Ausgangspunkt für ganz Rügen

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die große Ferienwohnung hatte genug Platz, auch zum Spielen für die Kinder. Von Altefähr als Ausgangspunkt für Rügen konnten wir viele Ausflüge unternehmen. Positiv an der Nachsaison sind die leeren Straßen auf der Insel.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in Altefähr

Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche zu 8 (also mit der Maximalbelegung) verbracht, 3 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Das Haus war früher mal die alte Dorfschmiede und hat einen rustikalen Charakter, die Ausstattung (Küche, Bad) ist aber durchaus modern. Die Betten sind bequem und flexibel für mehr Personen anpassbar. Die Gastgeberin wohnt nebenan und war sehr freundlich. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt, es gibt Fahrräder, einen Grill und Kescher für die Kinder, die man sich ausleihen darf. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und man kann Wäsche draußen zum Trocknen aufhängen. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es auch, das ist sehr praktisch. Es wäre gut, wenn die Badtür von innen abschließbar wäre und an den Fenstern wären Fliegengitter sinnvoll (es gab viele Mücken). Zu Altefähr selbst: Es gibt einen kleinen Laden der das Nötigste anbietet, ansonsten ist man zum Einkaufen schnell über die Brücke in Stralsund. Am Hafen gibt es ein bisschen Gastronomie und es gibt ein griechisches Restaurant (Athos), das wirklich gut ist. Der Strand ist klein und eher zum Flanieren als zum Baden. Wir waren hauptsächlich an den Stränden an der Ostküste (z.B. Prora, Fahrzeit ca. 35 Min.). Empfehlenswert sind die Schifffahrt zu den Kreidefelsen (von Sassnitz aus) und das Ozeaneum in Stralsund!

Angelurlaub

Wir hatten ein paar Tage bei der Fam Hausmann gebucht, da die Unterkunft nah an den von uns zu beangelnden Gewässern lag. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Familie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können sie auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Abgewohnter Kurztrip

Das Haus und die Wohnung an sich haben eine gute Lage, wenige Minuten vom Pier entfernt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet auch mit Vierbeiner viel Platz. An der allgemeinen Sauberkeit kann man nicht meckern. Leider ist das Mobiliar sehr alt und abgewohnt. Das Bett, Zustellbett und Bettwäsche sind eine Zumutung. Es fehlen in der Wohnung einige essenzielle Dinge, wie eine Schere, Küchenrolle und Nachschub an Toilettenpapier. Eine angefangene Rolle für 2 Personen für 4 Tage ist leider etwas wenig... Die Fußbodenheizung funktioniert nur punktuell und beheizt die große Wohnung bei den frostigen Temperaturen zu wenig. Leider war auch viel Geschirr vom Vormieter sehr dreckig im Schrank. Hinter dem Sofa lagen Hundeleckerlis, die meine Fellnase natürlich sofort gefunden hat. Da sollte man vllt nochmal drüber schauen, bevor neue Gäste einziehen.

Haus bei Ankuft 13 Grad Raumtemperatur.Nachdem alle Heizkörperventile geöffnet wurden,waren um 22 Uhr 17 Grad Raumtemperatur, .Dann wurden die Heizkörper Kalt,Regelung stand auf ständig Tagtemperatur,Regler ist wohl eine Atrappe. Gas Therme war durch ein Vorhängeschloss abgesichert. Ab 6:00 morgens das Schüsse in der Ortschaft.Heizung immer noch kalt. Daraufhin sind wir Abgereist,weil krank. Ich fordere das bezalte Geld zurück + 150 € Benzingeld

Kopfsteinpflasterstraße vorm Schlafzimmer

Das Haus ist recht hübsch und der Ort war so wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Leider liegt die Hauptstraße des Ortes (Kopfsteinpflaster mit Bus+ LKW Verkehr) nur ca. 4m von den Schlafzimmerfenstern entfernt. Da wir zu Hause ruhig wohnen, konnten wir leider nicht durchschlafen und sind daher nach zwei Nächten ausgezogen. Fazit - schönes Haus wenn man nicht geräuschempfindlich ist.
