Great family villa

Lovely property in great location for extended family holiday. Easy walk to old town 15 mins, supermarket 10 mins and beach 20 mins. Great pool and outdoor space, big living area and kitchen with 2 fridge freezers. Bedrooms all good sizes and 2 bathrooms. Secure car space for 2 cars. First time we've stayed in a villa but will definitely do it again.

The overall property was good but there was one major issue and if this was fixed the property would be perfect. This issue is air conditioning! The living area and kitchen didn't have air conditioning, which was manageable although the kitchen did become very hot. The worst of all was the fifth bedroom didn't have it either, so this room was completely unusable in the summer. My daughter couldn't sleep in this room, so we had to move a mattress into ours and she slept on the floor.

Het is een mooi en net huis. Ruime kamers en een mooi buiten. Goed bereikbaar en fijne parkeergelegenheid op het terrein zelf. We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. We miste helaas wel wat keukenspullen. Zoals maatbeker, kommen. Verder zijn sommige keukenspullen ook aan vervanging toe. Zoals een schaar, kurkentrekker en de scherpe messen. Daar zitten bij een paar het handvat van los.

La casa en general está muy bien. Tiene algunos peros que creo deberían tener en cuenta: - La puerta de acceso no cierra desde dentro. - El aire acondicionado en el salón es absolutamente necesario xq hace mucho calor ya que desde bien temprano el sol está constantemente en el mismo. - En la cocina hace un calor insoportable. - El mobiliario de las habitaciones pequeñas está pidiendo a gritos el cambio.

Casa perfecta para una semana con la familia.

La casa es amplia, y está muy bien equipada. Fuimos con niños y personas mayores, y estupendo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora y nada más avisar, vinieron a resolverlo. Mejorable la limplieza general, encontramos alguna cosita de inquilinos anteriores, polvo en los armarios, y las colchonetas de las tumbonas y zonas comunes estaban un tanto sucias.

Eerste indruk op website is wow,bij aankomst wat minder enthousiast, gerenoveerd huis .geen airco in de living,dat is niet te doen.airco wel in 4 van de 5 slaapkamers.ge zit ingesloten tussen hagen dus geen uitzicht.vuile ligzetel kussens,waren 2 kapotte parasols.interhome heeft er nieuwe gebracht.twas ni proper .geen 2de keer voor ons.wel goede ligging.ge moet niet naar boven rijden.automatische poort voor auto.ze hebben in die week het zwembad niet proper gemaakt.6/10 .wifi valt soms uit.

Fantástico fin de semana largo con amigos

Pasamos un agradable fin de semana con amigos en la casa. La casa está genial, tal y como parece en las fotos. La cocina tiene de todo, y cuenta con 2 neveras, que en ocasiones puede ser un problema cuando hay muchas personas en la casa. Además, había partido de fútbol de la selección y lo pudimos ver en un gran televisor. Tuvimos algunos problemas con la antena de la TV, y la puerta de la entrada no funcionaba perfectamente,pero seguro que son problemillas que solucionarán muy rápido.Fue genial

El alojamiento está muy bien, buena localización, muy bien equipado, menaje de cocina muy variado, cuatro inconvenientes únicamente una habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, la barbacoa es pésima, la wifi no funciona muy bien y no funcionaban las luces de la piscina.

Una casa muy tranquila, en una urbanización a 10 minutos de la playa de Calpe, que tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días buenos. Como único inconveniente, no dispone de aire acondicionado en el salón-comedor.

Et fantastisk flott hus, moderne, romslig og med et flott bassengområde!

Ferieboligen var moderne og lå i et rolig boligområdet en kort spasertur unna gamlebyen. Fra takterrassen så man til Calpetoppen. Hekken rundt bassengområdet samt enkelte trær i front av boligen kunne med fordel ha vært klippet kortere. Men fint basseng og veldig fint bassengområde med god plass til store og små. Vi var 2 familier med totalt 4 barn og hadde god plass til alle. Koselig med sitrontrær i hagen. På kjøkken mangler det endel glass, dette bør kjøpes inn. Pluss for 2 kjøleskap. Porttelefon og lys i bassenget virket ikke. Det mangler også ryggputer til utesofa. Men totalt sett var dette et meget bra hus som vi gjerne leier igjen.
