Gîte with reversible air conditioning (block located in the corridor for diffusion throughout the gîte). Entrance via a large terrace off the living room (decorative fireplace). Independent kitchen. 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. (two beds 160x190cm and 1 bed 140x190cm). Bathroom. Separate WC. Laundry room. Small enclosed private garden. Barbecue. Private parking and closed garage. This pleasant independent semi-detached house on one level is located near the village of Contes (800 m). You will find all the shops and services on site in the village. The location of the village allows both mountain hiking and sea bathing on the coast. Near Nice, capital of the Côte d'Azur. Detached house for 6 people with garden located in the hills of the Côte d'Azur (15km from Nice)
